This post describes the various partner tools available for Aviasales and Hotellook.                

Aviasales and Hotellook programs offer a wide range of various affiliate tools that you can place on your channels to monetize the content. This article describes all the tools and provides valuable links for detailed information.

You can find the list of available tools on the Tools tab of the program profile page. Remember that you first need to connect to the program to access all tools. Here are quick links:

Links

Affiliate links can help you direct your readers to specific flight search results or to the general page, for example, http://www.aviasales.com. Once the reader follows your link and purchases the ticket, you will get a reward. 

Travelpayouts offers ready-made links (you only need to copy the URL and place it on your website), as well as a form for creating a deep link to any page of the brand’s website, for example, a page with predefined destinations, dates, etc.

Widgets

You can find various widgets both in Aviasales and Hotellook programs. One of the most popular is a search form. You can insert a search form on your website and the visitors will be able to instantly search for tickets. The results will be shown on the brand’s website in the new window.

White Label

White Label is essentially a search powered by Aviasales or Hotellook that is integrated into the design of your site. If you have White Label configured, the user will see search results on a subdomain of your site. This can increase the chance of booking as some users get annoyed by having to continue their journey on the new tab.

White Label is also a good option for online travel agencies or travel businesses. You can create a White Label that will match your brand identity and integrate it on your website.

API

After connecting to Aviasales or Hotellook programs, you get access to the API Flight Data Access, Affiliate Stats API, Hotel search API, and Flight Search API. The last of these is available from technical support by special request.

Search Form builder (deprecated)

Important! This tool is outdated. We still support it, but we recommend using the search form widget instead. If you had this tool set up before the deprecation, you can continue using it, but we still recommend switching to the new search form widget which includes all the features listed below but is regularly updated.

Useful information

You can track which tools bring you the most amount of clicks and bookings. To do this, use SubID. SubID is created, for example, when you copy the code of the tool from your Travelpayouts account. You can later use this value to filter the reports and analyze your results.
