What are the restrictions on API requests?
By default, one partner can send no more than 200 requests per hour from one IP address when working with the ticket search API. This restriction can be changed if necessary.
There is no limit on the number of requests for data access API. When you are working with the data API it is recommended to cache the results on your side for 24 hours, this will reduce the number of requests to our servers and increase the speed of loading partner's site pages.
