How to change your email address

Quick answer: You can change your email address by signing in to on a desktop or mobile device browser and going to Profile Settings.

Important: If you have lost access to your old email address, contact us for help directly.

To change the email address of your Travelpayouts account:

  1. Sign in to Travelpayouts on your desktop or mobile device browser.
  2. At the bottom left corner of the page click on the small arrow next to your ID and click on the Profile button:
  3. In the opened window click the Change email button in the Email section: 

  4. A Change your email pop-up window will appear. Fill out your new email in the Your new email field and click Change email.

  5. First, you will receive a confirmation email on your OLD (current) email address. This is done to ensure that your account is not being stolen. Verify changing your email by clicking on the link in the email.
    Note: The link for verification is valid for 24 hours. If you didn’t manage to verify your email address change, you can request a new one on your Personal data tab:
  1. The link in the verification email will lead to a Confirm email change form. Enter your password and click Confirm.

  1. Now you will receive a confirmation email to your new email address. Complete the process by clicking the Verify email button in the email.
  1. Now you’re all set! Your email has successfully changed.
