Learn how to set up a spam filter to accurately receive messages from Travelpayouts support
To ensure that our responses to your requests do not end up in your spam folder, we recommend adding our email address to your email service's spam filter exceptions. Here are instructions for the main platforms:
Gmail
- Open Gmail and log into your account.
- Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner and select "See all settings."
- Go to the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.
- Click "Create a new filter."
- In the "From" field, enter our email address support@travelpayouts.com.
- Click "Create filter."
- Check the box for "Never send it to Spam" and click "Create filter."
Yahoo Mail
- Open Yahoo Mail and log into your account.
- Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner and select "Settings."
- Go to the "Mail Security" tab.
- In the "Blocked Addresses" section, click "Add."
- Enter our email address support@travelpayouts.com., and save your changes.
Outlook
- Open Outlook and log into your account.
- Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner and select "View all Outlook settings."
- Navigate to Mail > Junk email > Safe senders and domains.
- Click "Add" and enter our email address support@travelpayouts.com.
- Save your changes.
Apple Mail (iCloud)
- Open iCloud Mail in your browser or Apple Mail on your device.
- If our email is in the spam folder, open the message.
- Click "Move to Inbox" to tell the system this is not spam.
- Add our email address to your contacts to prevent it from being marked as spam again.
