Contest Rules

These Booking Booster Giveaway Contest Rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest") have been developed in accordance with applicable law, the Travelpayouts Partnership Agreement, and the Privacy and Cookies Policy. Travelpayouts reserves the right to make changes to these rules at any time without prior notice to participants, except for data processing conditions.

1. General Provisions

1.1. The Organizer of the Contest is Go Travel Un Limited, registered in Hong Kong under number 1658681, legal address: 31/F, Tower Two, Times Square, 1 Matheson Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. The company operates under the trademark Travelpayouts (hereinafter — "Travelpayouts").

1.2. The Contest is held to encourage partners to use the Booking Booster tool on their websites, as well as to increase partner engagement in the development of the Travelpayouts Partner Network.

1.3. The Contest is not a lottery, public promise of a prize, or a gambling game. Participation in the Contest is free of charge.

1.4. The Contest is conducted online on a dedicated contest page and in the personal account of the Travelpayouts Partner Network.

2. Participation Conditions

2.1. Any registered and authorized partner of the Travelpayouts Partner Network who meets the conditions stated in clause 3.4 of these Rules can participate in the Contest.

2.2. To participate in the Contest, it is necessary to:

• be a registered partner of the Travelpayouts Partner Network
• either already have the Booking Booster tool installed or install it on your website between August 11 and August 29, 2025 (including adding the script and activating it in your account)
• receive at least 10 bookings through the Booking Booster between August 11 and September 28, 2025

2.3. Not eligible to participate:

• Travelpayouts employees and their affiliates
• Travelpayouts advertisers' representatives
• family members of employees and representatives

2.4. Participants who violate the rules or requirements lose the right to participate and receive prizes. If violations are detected at any stage of the contest, including the prize awarding stage, Travelpayouts reserves the right to refuse the prize.

3. Contest Timeline

3.1. The Contest is held from August 11, 2025, to September 28, 2025.

3.2. Winners will be determined and announced no later than October 3, 2025. The results of the contest will be published in the email newsletter for participants.

3.3. Prizes will be credited to the winners’ Travelpayouts account balance within a week after the results are announced.

3.4. To register as a participant, it is necessary to:

• install the Booking Booster tool on your website and activate it in the personal account
• meet the booking conditions specified in clause 2.2

3.5. Each participant who completes all necessary actions is assigned a unique number in the Travelpayouts system, which is used to participate in the prize draw.

4. Prizes and Winner Selection

4.1. The 5 winners of the Contest will be determined randomly using a random number generator.

4.2. Each of the 5 winners will receive a prize of $500, which will be credited to their Travelpayouts account.

4.3. Travelpayouts will notify the winners via email.

4.4. Winners are responsible for paying any applicable taxes on the prizes in accordance with the laws of their country of residence.

5. Use and Processing of Personal Data

5.1. Travelpayouts processes participants’ personal data solely for the purpose of conducting the Contest and fulfilling its obligations to them.

5.2. Participants’ data is stored on servers in the European Union (Netherlands).

5.3. Travelpayouts may use cookies for analytics and site improvement, including via third-party services (e.g., Google Analytics). You can review the Cookie Policy on the Travelpayouts website.

5.4. A participant has the right to:

• receive information about their data
• request correction or deletion of data
• limit or object to data processing
• request data transfer

5.5. To address data processing questions, participants may write to legal@gtu.ltd or support@travelpayouts.com.

6. Liability of the Parties

6.1. Travelpayouts is not responsible for:

• technical failures of the internet provider or participants’ devices
• incorrectly provided contact information by the participant
• inability to contact the winner due to incorrect data
• participants’ expenses related to their participation in the Contest

6.2. Participants bear all costs associated with internet access and other necessary actions to participate in the Contest.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. Travelpayouts reserves the right at any time to:

• cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest in case of technical failures or force majeure
• make changes to these Rules without prior notice (except for data processing conditions)

7.2. All Contest promotional materials are owned by Travelpayouts and are protected by copyright.

7.3. Participants are required to regularly check for updates to the Rules on the Contest page. If the participant continues to participate after the rules are changed, they automatically agree to the changes
