The terms for the “Booking Booster bonus rates” marketing activity.

These Booking Booster Bonus Rates Promotion Terms (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion") are developed in accordance with applicable law and the Travelpayouts Partnership Agreement. 

1. General Information

1.1. The Organizer of the Promotion is Go Travel Un Limited, registered in Hong Kong under number 1658681, legal address: 31/F, Tower Two, Times Square, 1 Matheson Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. The company operates under the trademark Travelpayouts (hereinafter - "Travelpayouts").

1.2. The Promotion is a special commercial offer designed to encourage new users to activate Booking Booster tool on their websites and increase partner engagement with this product.

1.3. This Promotion is not a contest, lottery, sweepstakes, or prize-drawing game. There are no prizes or rewards to be won. The Promotion offers increased commission rates on transactions conducted through the Booking Booster tool for eligible partners.

1.4. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge.

2. Eligibility Criteria

2.1. To be eligible for the Promotion, a partner must meet ALL of the following conditions:

a) The partner has never activated or used Booking Booster on any of their projects prior to the Promotion period;

b) The partner activates Booking Booster for the first time during the Promotion period: November 17-30, 2025 (inclusive);

c) The partner maintains an active status in the Travelpayouts program.

2.2. The following partners are NOT eligible for the Promotion:

a) Partners who previously had Booking Booster enabled on any project (even if subsequently disabled);

b) Partners who have had violations of the Travelpayouts Partnership Agreement;

c) Partners who activate Booking Booster outside the specified Promotion period;

d) Employees of Travelpayouts and their affiliated persons;

e) Partners with suspended or terminated partnership agreements.

2.3. Each project/website can only receive the bonus rates once during this Promotion.

3. Promotion Terms

3.1. For all eligible partners who activate Booking Booster during the Promotion period (November 17-30, 2025), Travelpayouts will apply an increase of 40% to the standard reward rates for all brands available in Booking Booster.

3.2. The bonus rate increase will be calculated based on the standard rates published at https://support.travelpayouts.com/hc/en-us/articles/26221139025938-Reward-rates-in-Booking-Booster

Bonus rate calculation formula:
Bonus Rate = Standard Brand Rate × 1.40

Example: If the standard rate for a brand is $5.00 per booking, the bonus rate would be $5.00 × 1.40 = $7.00 per booking

3.3. The increased bonus rates apply to ALL brands available in Booking Booster for the eligible partner's projects.

3.4. The Promotion period for receiving increased rates is from the activation date until December 31, 2025, 23:59 UTC.

3.5. After December 31, 2025, 23:59 UTC, all bonus rates will revert to standard rates for the respective brands, unless otherwise notified by Travelpayouts.

4. Activation and Verification

4.1. Partners must activate Booking Booster through their Travelpayouts account dashboard during the Promotion period.

4.2. Travelpayouts will automatically identify eligible partners based on:

• First-time Booking Booster activation
• Activation date within the Promotion period
• Partner eligibility status

4.3. Bonus rates will be automatically applied to all transactions conducted through Booking Booster for eligible partners' projects.

5. Commission Payment Terms

5.1. Commissions earned during the Promotion period (including those at the increased bonus rates) will be calculated according to the standard payout schedule specified in the Travelpayouts Partnership Agreement.

5.2. Payment processing follows the standard Travelpayouts payment procedures and timelines.

5.3. All earned commissions at bonus rates will be included in the next available payment cycle after they are earned.

5.4. Travelpayouts reserves the right to adjust commission payouts if fraudulent activity or Terms of Service violation is detected.

6. Booking Booster Product Information

6.1. Booking Booster is a conversion optimization tool provided by Travelpayouts that displays personalized booking options directly on partner websites.

6.2. Detailed information about Booking Booster features, functionality, and implementation is available at https://support.travelpayouts.com/

6.3. Partners are responsible for reviewing Booking Booster documentation and ensuring compliance with all Booking Booster terms and technical requirements.

6.4. Travelpayouts provides technical support for Booking Booster implementation through the standard support channels.

7. Data Processing and Privacy

7.1. Travelpayouts will process partner data solely to verify eligibility and track Booking Booster activation dates for Promotion purposes.

7.2. Data processing is limited to information available in the partner's account dashboard and activation logs.

7.3. All personal data is processed in accordance with the Travelpayouts Privacy and Cookies Policy.

8. Termination and Modifications

8.1. Travelpayouts reserves the right to:

a) Terminate or modify the Promotion terms at any time with 7 days' advance notice to affected partners;

b) Extend or shorten the Promotion period if necessary;

c) Adjust bonus rates if market conditions warrant such changes;

d) Cancel the Promotion immediately if technical failures, fraud, or force majeure circumstances occur.

8.2. In the event of Promotion termination, all previously earned commissions at bonus rates will be honored and paid according to the standard payment schedule.

8.3. Partners will be notified of any material changes to Promotion terms via email to their registered account address.

9. Liability and Disclaimers

9.1. Travelpayouts guarantees the application of the stated 40% bonus rate increase to all eligible partners who meet the specified conditions.

9.2. Travelpayouts is not responsible for:

a) Partner failures to properly activate Booking Booster;

b) Technical issues with partners' websites or Booking Booster implementation;

c) Reduced booking volumes or commissions after the Promotion period ends;

d) Browser compatibility or third-party software conflicts on partner websites;

e) Loss of data or access issues on partner accounts.

9.3. Partners bear full responsibility for:

a) Proper implementation and maintenance of Booking Booster on their websites;

b) Compliance with all applicable laws and Facebook/Google policies regarding website and affiliate marketing;

c) Payment of any applicable taxes on commissions earned;

d) Ensuring their website and content quality meet Travelpayouts standards.

9.4. This Promotion is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind regarding future booking volumes or commission rates after the Promotion period ends.

10. General Provisions

10.1. This Promotion is governed by the Travelpayouts Partnership Agreement and applicable Hong Kong law.

10.2. These Promotion terms constitute the entire agreement regarding this special offer and supersede any prior communications or promotional materials.

10.3. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

10.4. Travelpayouts reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Partners are responsible for reviewing updates regularly.

10.5. Continued participation in the Promotion following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of such changes.

10.6. Any disputes arising from this Promotion shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures specified in the Travelpayouts Partnership Agreement and Hong Kong law.
