Booking Booster Income Doubling December 2025 contest rules

1. ORGANIZER AND GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. The Organizer of the Contest is Go Travel Un Limited, registered in Hong Kong under number 1658681, legal address: 31/F, Tower Two, Times Square, 1 Matheson Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. The company operates under the trademark Travelpayouts (hereinafter - "Travelpayouts").

1.2. These Rules govern the promotional contest "Booking Booster Income Doubling — December 2025" (hereinafter — "Contest").

1.3. The Contest is not a lottery or gambling activity and is conducted to incentivize Travelpayouts partners to use the Booking Booster tool.

1.4. Participation in the Contest is voluntary. Participation constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Rules.

2. CONTEST TIMELINE

2.1. Registration period (Booking Booster activation period): from December 3, 2025, 00:00 (UTC) to December 31, 2025, 23:59 (UTC) inclusive.

2.2. Income generation period for participation: January 2026 (from January 1, 2026, 00:00 UTC to January 31, 2026, 23:59 UTC).

2.3. Data collection and analysis: until February 6, 2026.

2.4. Winner selection: by February 6, 2026.

2.5. Winner notification and prize crediting

2.5.1. Winners will be notified by the Organizer within fourteen (14) business days after the winner selection date.

2.5.2. The prize in the form of doubling of Booking Booster income for January 2026 is credited progressively as and when the relevant bookings transition to “paid” status in the Travelpayouts affiliate program and is reflected in the winner’s statistics and account balance.

2.5.3. The timing of transition of bookings to “paid” status depends on advertisers’ (brands’) confirmation procedures and may take several months; prize crediting may therefore occur after the end of January 2026 and continue until all relevant January 2026 bookings have been processed.

3. PARTICIPATION ELIGIBILITY

3.1. To participate in the Contest, a Travelpayouts partner must simultaneously meet all of the following conditions:

a) Partner is registered in the Travelpayouts affiliate program and has an active account at the time of Booking Booster activation and at the time of winner selection.

b) Partner has never activated Booking Booster before December 3, 2025 on any of their projects (websites/apps) connected to their Travelpayouts affiliate account.

c) Partner activates Booking Booster for the first time on at least one of their projects during the period from December 3, 2025, to December 31, 2025, inclusive.

d) Booking Booster remains active on the partner's project in January 2026 and generates qualifying income (minimum confirmed income from Booking Booster in January 2026 is at least $1).

e) Partner does not violate Travelpayouts affiliate program terms, Booking Booster usage rules, and applicable law.

3.2. The Organizer has the right to verify participants' compliance with these conditions based on internal system data and affiliate program statistics.

3.3. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify a participant and/or refuse prize payment in cases of:

Violation of participation conditions;
Detection of fraud, traffic manipulation, creation of multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage;
Violation of advertiser (brand) offer rules;
Provision of false information during registration or participation.

4. PRIZES AND WINNER SELECTION

4.1. Number of winners: 5 (five) partners.

4.2. Winner selection mechanism: among all partners meeting the conditions of Section 3, a random selection of 5 winners will be conducted using a random number generator or other objective randomization method.

4.3. Prize:
Each of the 5 winners receives doubling of Booking Booster income for January 2026.

"Income doubling" means an additional cash payment equal to the actual confirmed income earned by the winner through Booking Booster during the period from January 1, 2026, to January 31, 2026.

Example: if a partner's Booking Booster income for January 2026 is $500, the winner will receive an additional $500 (thus their income doubles to $1,000).

4.4. Prize payment method

4.4.1. The prize is paid in the form of additional commission automatically credited to the winner’s balance in the Travelpayouts affiliate program for each booking made via Booking Booster in January 2026 that reaches “paid” status.

4.4.2. For each such booking, the winner receives an additional amount equal to the standard Booking Booster commission for that booking, so that the total income for the booking is effectively doubled.

4.4.3. The additional amounts are credited on a rolling basis as the relevant bookings change to “paid” status in the Travelpayouts system, in line with the standard confirmation and reporting cycles of the advertisers (brands).

4.5. Prizes are paid in US dollars (USD). Payment system and bank fees for withdrawal are borne by the winner.

4.6. The prize cannot be exchanged for a different cash amount, transferred to third parties, or replaced with another prize.

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION PROCEDURE

5.1. Winners will be notified by the Organizer via email registered in the Travelpayouts affiliate program, as well as through the partner's account dashboard.

5.2. The list of winners may be published on official Travelpayouts channels (blog, social media, newsletters) indicating the username or partner ID (without disclosing personal data).

5.3. If a winner does not respond to the notification within 30 days or refuses the prize, the Organizer reserves the right not to pay the prize or to select a new winner from among participants at its discretion.

6. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

6.1. Participant obligations:

Comply with these Rules and Travelpayouts affiliate program terms.
Provide accurate information during registration and participation.
Ensure active and lawful use of Booking Booster on their projects.

6.2. Organizer rights:

Verify participants' compliance with Contest conditions.
Request additional information and documents from participants to confirm legitimate participation.
Modify Contest timeline, participation conditions, and prize pool with mandatory participant notification.
Suspend or terminate the Contest early in case of force majeure or technical failures.
Refuse prize payment upon detection of violations.

6.3. Organizer obligations:

Ensure transparency and objectivity in conducting the Contest.
Notify winners and distribute prizes within established timeframes.
Ensure confidentiality of participants' personal data.

7. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

7.1. By participating in the Contest, the partner consents to the Organizer processing their personal data (name, surname, email address, account ID, payment details) for the purposes of conducting the Contest, selecting winners, distributing prizes, and publishing results.

7.2. The Organizer undertakes to process participants' personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (including GDPR, where applicable).

7.3. Participants' personal data is stored for the period necessary to conduct the Contest and fulfill the Organizer's obligations and is not transferred to third parties without participant consent, except as required by law.

7.4. Participants have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data in accordance with Travelpayouts' privacy policy.

8. TAXATION

8.1. Prizes received by winners in the Contest may be subject to taxation in accordance with the tax legislation of the winner's country of tax residence.

8.2. The Organizer is not responsible for winners' tax obligations. All taxes and fees related to receiving the prize are paid by the winner independently.

8.3. The Organizer may request documents from the winner necessary to fulfill tax obligations if required by applicable law.

9. LIABILITY AND LIMITATIONS

9.1. The Organizer is not liable for:

Technical failures, internet interruptions, server or other system disruptions beyond the Organizer's control;
Errors made by participants when activating Booking Booster or using the account dashboard;
Direct or indirect losses incurred by participants in connection with Contest participation;
Discrepancy between participant expectations and actual Contest conditions.

9.2. The Organizer does not guarantee specific Booking Booster income amounts, as income depends on multiple factors (traffic, conversion, user behavior, brand conditions, etc.) beyond the Organizer's control.

9.3. The Organizer's liability is limited to the amount of the prize actually paid.

10. CONTEST MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION

10.1. The Organizer reserves the right to modify these Rules with mandatory participant notification through official communication channels (website, email, account dashboard).

10.2. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Contest early in case of force majeure, legislative changes, technical failures, or other circumstances making the Contest impossible or impractical.

10.3. In case of early Contest termination, the Organizer undertakes to notify participants and explain the termination reasons. Prizes may not be distributed in this case.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

11.1. All disputes and disagreements arising in connection with the Contest are resolved through negotiations between the participant and the Organizer.

11.2. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is subject to resolution in accordance with applicable law.

11.3. The Organizer's decisions regarding Contest conduct, participant qualification, and winner selection are final.

12. FINAL PROVISIONS

12.1. These Rules come into effect upon publication and remain valid until the Contest ends and all Organizer obligations to winners are fulfilled.

12.2. Contest participation constitutes the participant's full acceptance of these Rules.

12.3. The Organizer reserves the right to final interpretation of these Rules.
