Contest rules for the “Jessie’s Consultation Giveaway” activity.

1. ORGANIZER AND GENERAL PROVISIONS 

1.1. Contest Organizer: Travelpayouts (hereinafter — "Organizer"). 

1.2. These Rules govern the contest "Jessie’s consultation giveaway" (hereinafter — "Contest") conducted by the Organizer through the social network, including Meta Products (e.g., Facebook and Instagram) (hereinafter — the “Social Networks”) . 

1.3. The Contest is held to encourage eligible English-speaking travel creators to register in Travelpayouts and strengthen relationships with the creator community. 

1.4. Participation in the Contest is voluntary. Participation constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Rules. 

1.5. The Contest is not a lottery or a game and is not a gambling activity. No purchase is required to enter or win. 

1.6. The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. By participating, each participant releases Meta Platforms, Inc. from any responsibility related to the Contest. 

1.7. Jessie Festa (“Jessie”) participates as an expert providing consultations as a prize. Jessie is not the Organizer and does not administer the Contest. 

2. CONTEST TIMELINE 

2.1. Activity period (eligible registrations with promo code): January 5, 2026, 00:00 (GMT+1) — January 18, 2026, 23:59 (GMT+1) (inclusive). 

2.2. Results announcement and winner selection: January 21, 2026. 

3. PARTICIPATION ELIGIBILITY 

3.1. To participate in the Contest, a user must simultaneously meet all of the following conditions:

a) be an adult (18 years or older) or have parental/guardian consent to participate in the Contest (in accordance with applicable laws of the participant's country of residence); 

b) complete a new Travelpayouts registration during the activity period and apply promo code JESSIE26 as described in Section 4; 

c) comply with these Rules and the Travelpayouts terms and policies; d) have the authority to express consent with these Rules in accordance with applicable law. 

3.2. Participation in the Contest requires completing the following actions during the Contest period: 

• Registering a new Travelpayouts account;
• Applying promo code JESSIE26 during registration (or via another official method specified by the Organizer);
• Completing any mandatory account verification steps required by Travelpayouts (e.g., email verification), if applicable. 

3.3. Applying promo code JESSIE26 during registration automatically credits USD 50 to the new partner’s balance in the Travelpayouts account dashboard (subject to these Rules and Travelpayouts policies). The promotional bonus may be withdrawn only after the participant’s earnings in the Travelpayouts account dashboard reach USD 75. The promo code JESSIE26 is limited to 50 (fifty) eligible activations. If a user registers after the limit is reached (e.g., the 55th registrant), they may still register for Travelpayouts, but will not receive the USD 50 bonus, even if the registration is completed before the Contest end date. 

3.4. Each participant may complete the participation actions only once. One Contest entry corresponds to one participant, regardless of any additional activity (e.g., multiple logins, multiple promo attempts, repeated registrations). Creating multiple accounts or otherwise attempting to increase chances of winning is prohibited and may lead to disqualification. 

3.5. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude from the Contest participants who violated these Rules, engaged in fraudulent actions, or used prohibited methods to participate or increase chances of winning (automation, bots, multiple accounts, artificial traffic/metrics inflation, etc.). 

3.6. Participation of accounts created specifically for abuse (e.g., accounts created shortly before or during the Contest with signs of fraud, fake or unverifiable websites/metrics) may be reviewed and excluded at the Organizer’s discretion. 

4. PRIZE FUND AND WINNER SELECTION

4.1. Number of winners: 3 (three) participants. 

4.2. Prize: each winner receives one (1) online consultation with Jessie Festa. 4.3. Prize description and delivery procedure: 

4.3.1. The Prize is an online 1:1 consultation (video/audio call) conducted by Jessie (platform to be agreed with the winner). 

4.3.2. Prize delivery procedure: 

• After winners are selected, the Organizer will contact winners via the email address associated with the Travelpayouts account (and may use other contact methods available in the account, if necessary);
• The Organizer will request details required to schedule the consultation (e.g., time zone, availability, contact email confirmation); 
• The Organizer will coordinate scheduling with Jessie and confirm the session details with each winner. 

4.3.3. The consultation must be scheduled and conducted within a reasonable period determined by the Organizer (recommended: within 60 days after winner confirmation), subject to Jessie’s availability. 

4.3.4. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other compensation. 

4.3.5. The USD 50 promotional bonus is available only within the first 50 (fifty) eligible promo code activations. The Organizer does not guarantee that a participant who registers before the Contest end date will receive the bonus if the activation limit has already been reached. 

4.4. Winner selection mechanism: 

• Selection is not random: winners are chosen by the Organizer together with Jessie based on the quality and relevance of the participant’s travel website. 

4.5. Results announcement date: January 21, 2026. 

4.6. Results will be communicated to participants by email. The Organizer may also publish general results on official Travelpayouts channels the Social Networks, without disclosing personal data. 

4.7. The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash, sold, transferred to third parties, or replaced with another prize unless otherwise required by law or explicitly decided by the Organizer.

4.8. The Organizer reserves the right not to award the Prize if the winner is found to have violated participation conditions or if the Organizer is unable to contact the winner within 14 days of the results announcement. 

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION PROCEDURE 

5.1. Winners will be notified via email to the address associated with their Travelpayouts account within 3 (three) business days after the results announcement (January 21, 2026). 

5.2. The Organizer will request the following information from the winner: 

• Time zone (mandatory);
• Availability windows for scheduling (mandatory);
• Confirmed contact email (mandatory);
• Any other information reasonably required to coordinate the consultation. 

5.3. The winner must provide the requested information within 7 (seven) days from receiving the notification. 

5.4. Upon receipt of necessary information, the Organizer will coordinate with Jessie and confirm the consultation date/time with the winner within a reasonable period. 

5.5. The winner is responsible for ensuring they can attend the scheduled consultation and for having the necessary technical means (internet connection, device, access to the call platform). 

5.6. If a winner does not respond within 14 (fourteen) days, does not provide required information, repeatedly fails to agree on scheduling, or declines the Prize, the Organizer reserves the right not to award the Prize and may select another eligible participant. 

5.7. The Organizer may publish the list of winners (only public usernames/nicknames, without personal data) on official Travelpayouts channels only where legally permitted and/or with the winner’s consent. 

6. CONTEST RULES AND RESTRICTIONS 

6.1. Prohibited actions: 

• Use of bots, scripts, or other automated tools to create accounts or manipulate participation;
• Creation of multiple accounts by the same person to increase chances;
• Attempts to bypass promo code limitations;
• Providing false or misleading information (including fake websites/metrics);
• Spam, harassment, or unlawful content in communications related to the Contest;
• Violation of Travelpayouts terms/policies and/or the Social Networks’ rules and community guidelines. 

6.2. Participants found engaging in the above actions may be excluded from the Contest, and any promotional bonus may be withheld/reversed in accordance with Travelpayouts policies. 

6.3. Personal data: participants consent to the use of their public account name/username for announcing results where permitted; personal data (email, country of residence, etc.) will not be disclosed publicly without consent. 

6.4. The Organizer reserves the right to moderate user-generated content related to the Contest (if any) and remove content violating the rules. 

6.5. The Social Networks (including Meta Products) are not the organizer or sponsor of this Contest. The Contest is conducted by Travelpayouts independently and is not endorsed, sponsored, or administered by the Social Networks. 

7. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING 

7.1. By participating in the Contest, the user consents to the Organizer processing their personal data obtained from their Social Networks profile (account username, name), as well as additional information voluntarily provided by the winner (country of residence, email, other data) for the purpose of conducting the Contest, determining winners, and distributing prizes. 

7.2. Additional personal data (time zone, availability, contact confirmation, country, email, etc.) will be requested only from winners and processed exclusively for prize delivery (consultation scheduling). 

7.3. Winners’ limited data may be shared with Jessie solely for the purpose of scheduling and conducting the consultation. 

7.4. Participants' personal data is stored for the period necessary to conduct the Contest and fulfill obligations to winners (prize distribution) and is deleted upon completion of this period in accordance with Travelpayouts' privacy policy. 

7.5. Personal data is not transferred to third parties except as necessary to conduct the Contest (Jessie as prize provider) or where required by law.

7.6. Personal data is not transferred to third parties except when necessary by law or at the request of government authorities. 

7.7. Participants have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data in accordance with applicable law. To exercise these rights, participants may contact the Organizer using the contact information in Section 12. 

7.8. Data processing is conducted lawfully and transparently; the Organizer will provide any necessary information about data processing upon participant request. 

8. LIABILITY AND LIMITATIONS 

8.1. The Organizer is not liable for: 

• Technical failures or interruptions affecting Travelpayouts, email delivery, the Social Networks, or third-party services;
• Participant errors (wrong email, inability to access mail, spam filters, etc.);
• Inability of the winner to attend the consultation due to their own circumstances;
• Third-party platform outages used for the consultation call. 

8.2. The Organizer does not guarantee that any participant will win. 

8.3. The Organizer’s liability to the winner is limited to providing the Prize as described in these Rules. 

9. TAXATION 

9.1. Prizes and bonuses may be subject to taxation under the laws of the winner’s country of tax residence. 

9.2. The Organizer is not responsible for winners’ tax obligations. Any taxes are paid by the winner independently, unless otherwise required by applicable law. 

9.3. The Organizer may request documents from the winner if required for compliance (including KYC/AML or tax-related obligations). 

10. CONTEST MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION

10.1. The Organizer reserves the right to modify these Rules with notification to participants via official Travelpayouts channels, including the Social Networks and/or email. 

10.2. The Organizer may terminate the Contest early in case of force majeure, widespread fraud, technical issues, account/channel restrictions, or changes in policies/law making the Contest impossible or impractical. 

10.3. Upon early termination, the Organizer will make reasonable efforts to notify participants. Where possible, prizes may still be awarded to already-determined winners at the Organizer’s discretion. 

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION 

11.1. Disputes and claims are resolved through negotiations between the participant and the Organizer. 

11.2. Participants may submit a claim via email. 

11.3. The Organizer will review the claim and respond within 14 (fourteen) days. 

11.4. If agreement is not reached, the dispute is subject to resolution under applicable law. 

11.5. The Organizer’s decisions regarding Contest operation, participant eligibility, and winner selection are final, except as provided by applicable law.

12.2. These Rules come into effect upon publication and remain valid until the Contest ends and all Organizer obligations to winners are fulfilled. 

12.3. Participation in the Contest constitutes full acceptance of these Rules. 

12.4. The Organizer reserves the right to final interpretation of these Rules. 

12.5. If any provision of these Rules is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
