Contest rules for the “Drive X Klook” promotional campaign.

1. ORGANIZER AND GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. Promotion Organizer: Go Travel Un Limited, registered in Hong Kong under number 1658681, legal address: 31/F, Tower Two, Times Square, 1 Matheson Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. The company operates under the trademark Travelpayouts (hereinafter - "Organizer").
1.2. These Terms govern the promotional campaign “Drive x Klook” (hereinafter — the “Promotion”) conducted by the Organizer via its official channels (email, website, dashboards, and other official communications).
1.3. Klook is a brand featured in this Promotion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Klook is not the organizer of the Promotion and is not responsible for its administration.
1.4. The Promotion is intended for eligible English-speaking Travelpayouts partners who operate website projects and have not enabled Drive (or have not enabled all Drive functionalities).
1.5. Participation is voluntary. Participation constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
1.6. The Promotion is not a lottery or gambling activity. No purchase is required to participate.
2. PROMOTION TIMELINE
2.1. Activity period (eligible registrations with promo code): February 2, 2026, 00:00 — February 15, 2026, 23:59 (GMT+1) (inclusive).
2.2. The enhanced commission rate shall be credited to eligible partners within 2 (two) business days from the time the partner enables Drive or re-enables Drive functionalities that were disabled prior to February 2, 2026.
2.3. Enhanced rates validity: enhanced rates for Klook under this Promotion apply until March 31, 2026, 23:59 (GMT+1), unless terminated earlier under Section 10.
3. ELIGIBILITY
3.1. Eligible participants include existing Travelpayouts partners with website projects who (i) have Drive not enabled, or (ii) have not all Drive functionalities enabled.
3.3. The Organizer may request reasonable proof of eligibility (e.g., website link, analytics confirmation) and may exclude participants who fail to provide proof or provide misleading information.
3.4. The Organizer may exclude participants engaging in fraud/abuse, including automation, artificial traffic/metrics inflation, multiple accounts, or any breach of Travelpayouts policies.
4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
4.1. To participate, an eligible partner must, during the Promotion period: ● install the required script and enable Drive, or
● enable Drive functionalities that were disabled before February 2, 2026.
4.2. The Organizer determines the fact and timestamp of Drive activation / feature activation based on its internal technical logs and dashboard data. The Organizer’s determination is final in case of disputes, unless required otherwise by applicable law.
5. BENEFIT: ENHANCED KLOOK COMMISSION RATES
5.1. Eligible participants who complete Section 4 during the Promotion period receive enhanced Klook commission rates (an increase of up to 25%) depending on the booked product category.
5.2. Enhanced rates apply only to:
● valid, tracked, and confirmed bookings attributed to the participant under Travelpayouts/Klook tracking rules; and
● bookings made after the enhanced rate is credited to the participant’s account (or as otherwise reflected in the participant dashboard).
5.3. Enhanced rates remain active until March 31, 2026 (Section 2.3), subject to Section 10 and to Klook/Travelpayouts validation rules (cancellations, refunds, fraud checks, etc.).
6. ENHANCED RATE TABLE (KLOOK)
6.1. For the Promotion period and validity described above, the rate changes are:

6.2. If a booking category cannot be determined, or a booking is attributed outside the eligible conditions, the default rate shown in the dashboard may apply.
7. COMMUNICATIONS
7.1. The Organizer may send participants administrative and service communications related to the Promotion and the participant’s Travelpayouts account (including notifications about Drive activation status, application of enhanced commission rates, their effective period, and other operational updates necessary to administer the Promotion).
7.2. Such communications are not marketing messages and are sent solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion and ensuring its proper operation. Participants are responsible for maintaining accurate contact details and ensuring the ability to receive the Organizer’s messages (e.g., spam filter settings, inbox capacity).
8. RESTRICTIONS AND DISQUALIFICATION
8.1. Prohibited actions include (non-exhaustive): automation, bots, fake projects, misleading eligibility info, manipulation of tracking, artificial traffic/metrics inflation, or violations of Travelpayouts policies.
8.2. The Organizer may withhold, reverse, or cancel enhanced rates and related earnings where fraud, ineligibility, or policy violations are detected, consistent with platform policies and applicable law.
9. PERSONAL DATA
9.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Organizer’s privacy policy and applicable data protection law, solely to administer the Promotion and communicate with participants.
10. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION
10.1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend, supplement, clarify, or update these Terms at any time, including the eligibility criteria, timelines, benefit parameters, and operational procedures, provided that such changes do not unlawfully deprive participants of benefits already accrued under these Terms.
10.2. The Organizer may suspend or terminate the Promotion, in whole or in part, prior to the end date, if any of the following occurs (non-exhaustive):
a) force majeure events (including, without limitation, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, acts of government authorities, sanctions, failures of public communications networks, or other events beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control);
b) technical failures or disruptions affecting Travelpayouts systems, tracking, reporting, or the ability to correctly apply enhanced rates;
c) fraud, abuse, manipulation of tracking, artificial traffic/metric inflation, or other conduct undermining the integrity of the Promotion;
d) changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, merchant terms, or internal policies of the Organizer and/or Klook that make continuation of the Promotion impossible, unlawful, or impractical.
10.3. In the event of suspension or termination, the Organizer will apply commercially reasonable efforts to:
a) preserve and honor enhanced rates already credited to eligible participants for the period stated in these Terms, to the extent technically feasible and not prohibited by applicable law, merchant terms, or anti-fraud measures; and/or
b) implement an alternative procedure that achieves substantially similar administration of the Promotion.
The Organizer may, however, withhold, reverse, or cancel benefits where fraud, ineligibility, or policy violations are identified.
10.4. Where feasible, the Organizer will notify participants of material changes, suspension, or early termination via official channels, including email, the participant dashboard, and/or
official social media communications. The date of publication of the updated Terms (or notice) shall be deemed the effective date of such changes, unless stated otherwise.
11. LIABILITY
11.1. The Promotion and any related communications are provided on an “as is” basis. The Organizer does not make any warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted operation of the Travelpayouts platform, tracking accuracy, or the availability of any third-party services.
11.2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or missed benefits arising from or related to:
a) tracking disruptions, attribution errors, or reporting delays (including those caused by third parties, browser settings, ad blockers, cookie restrictions, network failures, or merchant-side technical issues);
b) outages, restrictions, or failures of third-party systems and services (including Klook systems, hosting providers, email providers, or social networks);
c) failures, delays, or non-delivery of emails or notifications due to spam filtering, mailbox capacity, incorrect contact details, or other circumstances outside the Organizer’s reasonable control;
d) participant-side technical issues, misconfiguration of scripts, incorrect implementation of Drive, or failure to follow the Organizer’s instructions.
11.3. he Organizer does not guarantee any specific level of earnings, conversion, traffic, or results. Any examples of potential earnings are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a promise or guarantee.
11.4. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer’s total liability in connection with the Promotion is limited to applying the enhanced rates in accordance with these Terms (if and to the extent applicable). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
