Contest rules for the “Drive Giveaway” promotional campaign.

These Contest Rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") govern the promotional contest “Drive Giveaway” (the “Contest”) and are prepared in accordance with applicable law, the Travelpayouts Partnership Agreement, and the Privacy & Cookies Policy. Travelpayouts reserves the right to make changes to these rules at any time without prior notice to participants, except for data processing conditions.
1. General Provisions
1.1. The Organizer of the Contest is Go Travel Un Limited, registered in Hong Kong under number 1658681, legal address: 31/F, Tower Two, Times Square, 1 Matheson Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. The company operates under the trademark Travelpayouts (hereinafter — "Travelpayouts/Organizer").
1.2. The Contest is held to encourage partners to enable/expand the use of Drive on their websites and to increase partners' involvement in the development of the Travelpayouts partner network.
1.3. The Contest is not a lottery, public promise of a prize, or a gambling game. Participation in the Contest is free of charge.
1.4. The Contest is conducted online on a dedicated contest page and in the personal account of the Travelpayouts Partner Network.
1.5. Drive means a Travelpayouts feature/tool available in the partner dashboard. Drive functionalities mean separate components/modules of Drive that a partner may enable/disable in the dashboard.
1.6. All dates and times in these Rules are stated in GMT+1, unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Participation Conditions
2.1. The Contest is open to any registered Travelpayouts partner who meets these Rules.
2.2. A partner becomes a Contest participant only if the partner meets both of the following requirements:
2.2.1. Drive activation requirement.
By March 8, 2026 (inclusive), the partner must have performed at least one of the following actions in the Travelpayouts dashboard:
a) have Drive enabled; or
b) enable Drive; or
c) enable one or more Drive functionalities that were disabled prior to the start of the Contest period.
2.2.2. Drive bookings requirement.
By April 5, 2026 (inclusive), the partner must generate at least 10 Drive bookings on one of the partner’s projects.
2.3. A “Drive booking” means a booking that is properly tracked in the Travelpayouts system and attributed to the partner as a booking made using Drive (as reflected in the dashboard data and/or technical logs).
2.4. Each partner receives one entry in the Contest regardless of the number of projects/websites and regardless of Drive booking volume above the minimum threshold.
2.5. The following persons are not eligible to participate:
- employees of the Organizer and its affiliates;
- representatives of Travelpayouts advertisers/merchants where a conflict of interest exists;
- immediate family members of the persons listed above.
2.6. Participants who violate these Rules, the Travelpayouts Partnership Agreement, or applicable policies may be disqualified and/or lose the right to receive a prize. If a violation is identified at any stage, including at the prize delivery stage, the Organizer may refuse to award the prize.
3. Contest Timeline
3.1. The Contest is conducted according to the following schedule:
| Drive activation period | the period to meet the Drive activation requirement under Section 2.2.1 is February 12, 2026, 00:00 — March 8, 2026, 23:59 (GMT+1) (inclusive). |
| Drive bookings period | the period to meet the Drive bookings requirement under Section 2.2.2 is February 12, 2026, 00:00 — April 5, 2026, 23:59 (GMT+1) (inclusive). |
| Winner selection and announcement | winners are selected and announced on April 10, 2026. |
4. Communication
4.1. The Organizer may send participants administrative and service communications related to the Contest and the participant’s Travelpayouts account, including (without limitation):
- confirmation of participation eligibility and compliance with the Contest requirements;
- notifications regarding Drive activation / activation of Drive functionalities;
- notifications regarding the number/status of Drive bookings for Contest purposes (as reflected in the dashboard);
- winner selection results and prize crediting status;
- operational updates necessary to properly administer the Contest.
4.2. The communications described in Section 4.1 are not marketing messages and are sent solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and ensuring its proper operation.
4.3. Participants are responsible for keeping their contact details accurate and up to date in their Travelpayouts account and for ensuring the ability to receive the Organizer’s communications (including by configuring spam filters and maintaining sufficient inbox capacity).
5. Prizes and Winner Selection
5.1. The 5 winners of the Contest will be determined randomly using a random number generator.
5.2. Each of the 3 winners will receive a prize of 1 000 USD, which will be credited to their Travelpayouts accounts within 7 calendar days after the announcement, unless additional time is required due to technical or compliance procedures.
5.3. The results will be communicated to participants on April 10, 2026 via an email sent to Contest participants. The winners will be listed in the email.
5.4. Winners are responsible for paying any applicable taxes on the prizes in accordance with the laws of their country of residence.
5.5. The Prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash outside the Travelpayouts platform, unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly decided by the Organizer.
6. Use and Processing of Personal Data
6.1. Travelpayouts processes participants’ personal data solely for the purpose of conducting the Contest and fulfilling its obligations to them.
6.2. Participants’ data is stored on servers in the European Union (Netherlands).
6.3. Travelpayouts may use cookies for analytics and site improvement, including via third-party services (e.g., Google Analytics). You can review the Cookie Policy on the Travelpayouts website.
6.4. A participant has the right to:
- receive information about their data;
- request correction or deletion of data;
- limit or object to data processing;
- request data transfer.
6.5. To address data processing questions, participants may write to support@travelpayouts.com .
7. Liability of the Parties
7.1. The Organizer is not responsible for:
- technical failures of the internet provider or participants’ devices;
- incorrectly provided contact information by the participant;
- inability to contact the winner due to incorrect data;
- participants’ expenses related to their participation in the Contest.
7.2. Participants bear all costs associated with internet access and other necessary actions to participate in the Contest.
7.3. The Organizer does not guarantee any specific earnings, number of bookings, or any outcome for participants.
8. Restrictions and Disqualification
8.1. Prohibited actions include (non-exhaustive): automation, bots, fake projects, misleading eligibility info, manipulation of tracking, artificial traffic/metrics inflation, or violations of Travelpayouts policies.
8.2. The Organizer may withhold, reverse, or cancel enhanced rates and related earnings where fraud, ineligibility, or policy violations are detected, consistent with platform policies and applicable law.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. The Organizer reserves the right at any time to:
- cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest in case of technical failures or force majeure;
- make changes to these Rules without prior notice (except for data processing conditions).
9.2. All Contest promotional materials are owned by Travelpayouts and are protected by copyright.
9.3. Participants are required to regularly check for updates to the Rules on the Contest page. If the participant continues to participate after the rules are changed, they automatically agree to the changes.
