Rules for “Bloom & Boost” promotional campaign

These terms and rules (the “Rules”) govern the promotional campaign “Bloom & Boost” (the “Promotion”) including (i) promo benefits (bonus and enhanced brand rates) and/or (ii) a prize draw for consultations (the “Consultation Draw”). The Rules are prepared in accordance with applicable law, the Travelpayouts Partnership Agreement, and the Privacy & Cookies Policy. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time. Where feasible, the Organizer will notify participants of material changes via its official channels.

1. ORGANIZER AND GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. Contest Organizer: Go Travel Un Limited, registered in Hong Kong under number 1658681, legal address: 31/F, Tower Two, Times Square, 1 Matheson Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. The company operates under the trademark Travelpayouts (hereinafter — "Travelpayouts/Organizer").

1.2. The Promotion is conducted through the Organizer’s official channels, including the Travelpayouts website and dashboard, email communications, social media, and other official communications.

1.3. Participation is voluntary and free of charge. By participating, a user fully and unconditionally accepts these Rules. 

1.4. The Promotion is not a lottery or gambling activity. No purchase is required to participate or win.

1.5. Definitions:

  • Promo Code: BLOOM26.
  •  Eligible Registration: a new Travelpayouts registration completed during the Promotion period with the Promo Code applied.
  • MAU: monthly active users for the participant’s website project.

2. CONTEST TIMELINE

2.1. Promotion period (eligible registrations): March 2, 2026, 00:00 — March 15, 2026, 23:59 (GMT+1) inclusive.

2.2. Enhanced brand rates crediting window: enhanced rates are credited within 2–3 business days after an eligible registration and are processed during March 2–16, 2026.

2.3. Consultation Draw (winner selection and announcement): March 18, 2026.

3. PARTICIPATION ELIGIBILITY AND RESTRICTIONS

3.1. The Promotion is open to users who complete an Eligible Registration during the Promotion period and comply with these Rules and Travelpayouts policies.

3.2. Website requirement for enhanced rates: enhanced rates for Agoda and Viator are available only to participants who have a website project with 5,000+ MAU, as confirmed by the Organizer.

3.3. Website requirement for Consultation Draw: participation in the Consultation Draw is available only to participants who have a website project with 5,000+ MAU, as confirmed by the Organizer.

3.4. The Organizer may request reasonable proof of MAU and website ownership/management and may exclude participants who fail to provide proof or provide misleading information.

3.5. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Rules, the Travelpayouts Partnership Agreement, applicable policies, or applicable law, or who engages in fraudulent or abusive conduct (including bots, automated participation, artificial inflation of engagement, or multiple accounts).

3.6. To participate, a user must register a new Travelpayouts account during the Promotion period and apply the Promo Code BLOOM26 during registration (or via another official method specified by the Organizer).

3.7. To receive any Benefits under these Rules, the user must complete the Projects section in the Travelpayouts account dashboard and provide an active, working link to the user’s website. If the Projects section is not completed or the website link is missing or non-functional, the Organizer may withhold the Benefits until the requirement is satisfied.

3.8. One person — one registration: multiple accounts or other attempts to increase benefits or chances of winning are prohibited and may result in disqualification and/or cancellation of benefits.

4. PROMOTIONAL BENEFITS AND CONSULTATION DRAW

4.1. During the Promotion period, users who complete an Eligible Registration with promo code BLOOM26 may receive the benefits described in this Section 5. Certain benefits are available only to participants with a website project of 5,000+ MAU, as confirmed by the Organizer.

4.2. Benefit № 1 — USD 50 bonus to Travelpayouts balance.

4.2.1. Upon completion of an Eligible Registration, the Organizer credits USD 50 to the participant’s Travelpayouts account balance.

4.2.2. Withdrawal condition: the bonus may be withdrawn only after the participant earns USD 75 in Travelpayouts (as reflected in the dashboard), subject to the Travelpayouts Partnership Agreement and applicable policies.

4.2.3. Withholding/reversal: the Organizer may withhold or reverse the bonus in cases of fraud, ineligibility, policy violations, or compliance requirements.

4.3. Benefit № 2 — Enhanced commission rates for Agoda and Viator (websites 5,000+ MAU only).

4.3.1. Enhanced rates are available only to participants who have a website project with 5,000+ MAU. The Organizer may request reasonable proof of MAU and website ownership/management.

4.3.2. Rates. For eligible participants:

  • Agoda: 9% (instead of 6%);
  • Viator: 9% (instead of the standard rate displayed in the dashboard).

4.3.3. Crediting and effective date: enhanced rates are credited within 2–3 business days after an Eligible Registration and are deemed effective from the date of the Eligible Registration with the Promo Code, as reflected in the dashboard.

4.3.4. Validity: enhanced rates apply until April 30, 2026, 23:59 (GMT+1).

4.3.5. Scope: enhanced rates apply only to valid, tracked, and confirmed bookings attributed under Travelpayouts tracking rules and advertiser validation rules (including cancellations/refunds/fraud checks).

4.4. Benefit № 3 —  Chance to win a consultation with a Travelpayouts partnership manager (websites 5,000+ MAU only).

4.4.1. Eligibility: only participants with a website project of 5,000+ MAU are included in the Consultation Draw.

4.4.2. Prize fund: 3 winners; each winner receives 1 consultation with a Travelpayouts partnership manager.

4.4.3. Consultation format: online call (platform to be specified), up to 60 minutes, in English, scheduled subject to availability. The Organizer may reasonably adjust format/logistics as needed.

4.4.4. Winner selection: winners are selected randomly among eligible participants using a randomizer / random number generator.

4.4.5. Announcement and notification: on March 18, 2026, the Organizer will email all draw participants with the results and will contact winners separately with scheduling instructions.

4.4.6. Winner confirmation: if a winner cannot be contacted or does not provide required scheduling information within 14 days, the Organizer may select an alternate winner.

5. COMMUNICATIONS

5.1. The Organizer may send participants administrative and service communications related to the Promotion and Consultation Draw, including confirmation of eligibility, application of bonus/enhanced rates, draw results, and scheduling/prize delivery instructions.

5.2. Such communications are not marketing messages and are sent solely for administering the Promotion. Participants are responsible for maintaining accurate contact details and ensuring the ability to receive messages (spam filters, inbox capacity, etc.).

6. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

6.1. Data controller: the Organizer acts as the data controller for the personal data processed in connection with the Promotion and the Consultation Draw.

6.2. Categories of personal data: depending on the participant’s actions and eligibility, the Organizer may process the following categories of personal data:

  • Account and contact data: Travelpayouts account ID, email address, username, and other account identifiers;
  • Promotion participation data: promo code usage, registration timestamp, eligibility status, and Benefit status (bonus/rates/draw inclusion);
  • Website verification data: website URL(s), MAU confirmation information and related supporting materials provided by the participant (e.g., screenshots or links), and internal verification results;
  • Booking/performance data (aggregated/technical): information necessary to apply enhanced rates and confirm eligible activity (e.g., booking attribution status and confirmation flags);
  • Communications: emails and other messages exchanged with the Organizer regarding the Promotion, including winner notifications and scheduling correspondence.

6.3. Purposes of processing: the Organizer processes personal data solely for the following purposes:

a) administering the Promotion and the Consultation Draw (including confirming Eligible Registrations and applying Benefits);

b) verifying eligibility (including website/MAU checks where applicable);

c) selecting and notifying winners and organizing consultations;

d) preventing fraud, abuse, and policy violations;

e) maintaining internal reporting and audit trails related to the Promotion.

6.4. Legal basis: Personal data is processed to the extent necessary for:

a) performance of the Promotion under these Rules and the Travelpayouts Partnership Agreement; and/or

b) the Organizer’s legitimate interests in administering the Promotion, ensuring security, and preventing fraud, provided such interests are not overridden by participants’ rights.

6.5. Personal data may be accessed by authorized Organizer personnel and service providers on a need-to-know basis, and limited winner data may be shared for the sole purpose of scheduling and conducting consultations. Data may also be disclosed where required by law.

6.6. Participants’ personal data is stored and processed only for as long as necessary to administer the Promotion and fulfill the Organizer’s obligations, in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy.

6.7. Participants may exercise applicable data protection rights by contacting support@travelpayouts.com. The Organizer may request information to verify the requester’s identity.

6.8. The Organizer applies reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. Such measures may include access controls, role-based permissions, and other safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data and the risks involved.

7. LIABILITY AND LIMITATIONS

7.1. The Organizer is not liable for technical failures, tracking disruptions, third-party outages, email delivery failures, or participant-side technical issues.

7.2. The Organizer does not guarantee any specific earnings, booking volume, or results.

7.3. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer’s liability in connection with the Promotion is limited to providing the benefits described in these Rules (where applicable).

8. TAXATION

8.1. Bonuses/prizes may be subject to taxation under the laws of the participant’s country of tax residence. Participants/winners are solely responsible for any tax obligations.

8.2. The Organizer is not responsible for winners' tax obligations. All taxes are paid by the winner independently in accordance with applicable law.

8.3. If necessary, the Organizer may request documents from the winner required to comply with tax requirements or anti-money laundering (KYC) requirements.

9. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION

9.1. The Organizer may modify these Rules or terminate the Promotion early in case of force majeure, technical issues, fraud, or changes in policies/law that make the Promotion impossible or impractical.

9.2. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Contest early in case of:

  • Force majeure (extraordinary events, natural disasters, etc.);
  • Blocking or closure of the Travelpayouts Instagram account;
  • Changes in Instagram policy or rules;
  • Detection of widespread fraud or violations;
  • Tremendous service unavailability or other technical issues;
  • Other circumstances making Contest operation impossible.

9.3. Upon early termination, the Organizer will notify participants and explain the situation. Prizes may not be distributed in this case; however, the Organizer will make all reasonable efforts to distribute prizes to already-determined winners.

10.2. These Rules come into effect upon publication and remain valid until the Contest ends and all Organizer obligations to winners are fulfilled.

10.3. Participation in the Contest constitutes full acceptance of these Rules.

10.4. The Organizer reserves the right to final interpretation of these Rules.

10.5. If any provision of these Rules is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
