Rules for “Spring Boosted Rates” promotional campaign

These promotion terms (the “Terms”) govern the promotional campaign “Spring Boosted Rates” (the “Promotion”) conducted by Travelpayouts. The Terms are prepared in accordance with applicable law, the Travelpayouts Partnership Agreement, and the Privacy & Cookies Policy. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where feasible, the Organizer will notify participants of material changes via its official channels.

1. ORGANIZER AND GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. Contest Organizer: Go Travel Un Limited, registered in Hong Kong under number 1658681, legal address: 31/F, Tower Two, Times Square, 1 Matheson Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. The company operates under the trademark Travelpayouts (hereinafter — "Travelpayouts/Organizer").

1.2. The Promotion is conducted through the Organizer’s official channels, including the Travelpayouts website and dashboard, email communications, social media, and other official communications.

1.3. Participation is voluntary and free of charge. By participating, a partner fully and unconditionally accepts these Terms.

1.4. The Promotion is not a lottery or gambling activity. No purchase is required to participate or win.

1.5. Definitions:

  • Promotion Period: March 16, 2026, 00:00 — March 31, 2026, 23:59 (GMT+1), inclusive.
  • Drive: a Travelpayouts feature/tool available in the partner dashboard.
  • Drive functionalities: separate components/modules of Drive that a partner may enable/disable.
  • Eligible Partner: a Travelpayouts partner with a website project of 5,000+ MAU who meets Section 3.
  • Upsized rates / enhanced rates: increased commission rates under this Promotion for specified brands and tools.

2. CONTEST TIMELINE

2.1. Promotion Period (Drive activation window): March 16, 2026, 00:00 — March 31, 2026, 23:59 (inclusive).

2.2. Results processing: the Organizer will process eligible participants and apply upsized rates on April 1, 2026.

2.3. Internal reporting: the Organizer may summarize campaign results internally by April 6, 2026.

2.4. Validity of upsized rates: upsized rates apply until May 31, 2026, 23:59 (GMT+1), subject to these Terms.

2.5. Participant communications: the Organizer may send informational emails to participants, including (by plan) on March 24, 2026 and April 1, 2026.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS

3.1. The Promotion is available only to partners who have a website project with 5,000+ MAU, as confirmed by the Organizer. The Organizer may request reasonable proof of MAU and website ownership/management.

3.2. During the Promotion Period, the partner must:

a) install the required script; and

b) either enable Drive, or enable at least one (1) new Drive functionality that was not enabled prior to March 16, 2026 (exclusive).

3.3. Enabling Drive functionalities that were disabled prior to the Promotion Period also qualifies, provided at least one Drive functionality becomes newly enabled during the Promotion Period.

3.4. The Organizer determines the fact and timestamp of script installation and Drive/Drive functionality activation based on internal technical logs and dashboard data. The Organizer’s determination is final in case of disputes, unless required otherwise by applicable law.

3.5. A partner is either eligible or not eligible under these Terms; multiple projects do not create multiple participations.

3.6. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms, the Travelpayouts Partnership Agreement, applicable policies, or applicable law, or who engages in fraudulent or abusive conduct (including bots, automated participation, artificial inflation of engagement, or multiple accounts).

4. UPSIZED RATES (BRANDS, TOOLS, AND PERCENTAGES)

4.1. Upsized rates under this Promotion apply to the following brands: Viator, GetYourGuide (GYG), Agoda, and Klook, and apply separately for:

  • Drive tools: Targeted Offers; and
  • Other tools: standard affiliate tools (e.g., links/widgets), where applicable.

4.2. For Eligible Partners, the rates are increased as follows:

4.3. Upsized rates apply only to valid, tracked, and confirmed bookings attributed to the partner in accordance with Travelpayouts tracking rules and the applicable advertiser validation rules (including cancellations, refunds, and fraud checks).

4.4. Enhanced rates are available only to participants who have a website project with 5,000+ MAU. The Organizer may request reasonable proof of MAU and website ownership/management.

5. APPLICATION OF UPSIZED RATES

5.1. Upsized rates are applied once on April 1, 2026 based on eligibility during the Promotion Period.

5.2. Once applied, upsized rates remain valid through May 31, 2026.

5.3. Where technically feasible and as reflected in the partner dashboard, upsized rates may also be applied to eligible bookings generated during the Promotion Period (March 16–31, 2026) even if those bookings occurred prior to the one-time application date.

5.4. The partner dashboard reflects whether upsized rates are applied and the applicable rate for the brand/tool; in case of discrepancies, the dashboard data and internal logs prevail.

6. COMMUNICATIONS

6.1. The Organizer may send partners administrative and service communications related to the Promotion, including eligibility confirmation, notice of upsized rate application, and validity period reminders.

6.2. Such communications are not marketing messages and are sent solely for administering the Promotion. Partners are responsible for maintaining accurate contact details and ensuring the ability to receive messages (spam filters, inbox capacity, etc.).

7. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

7.1. The Organizer processes personal data necessary to administer the Promotion (account identifiers, email, website/MAU verification data, Drive activation status, and related communications) in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy

7.2. Participants may exercise applicable data protection rights by contacting support@travelpayouts.com. The Organizer may request information to verify the requester’s identity.

7.3. The Organizer applies reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. Such measures may include access controls, role-based permissions, and other safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data and the risks involved.

8. LIABILITY AND LIMITATIONS

8.1. The Organizer is not liable for technical failures, tracking disruptions, third-party outages, email delivery failures, or participant-side technical issues.

8.2. The Organizer does not guarantee any specific earnings, booking volume, or results.

8.3. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer’s liability in connection with the Promotion is limited to providing the benefits described in these Rules (where applicable).

9. TAXATION

9.1. Any earnings resulting from upsized rates may be subject to taxation under the laws of the partner’s country of tax residence. Partners are solely responsible for any tax obligations.

10. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION

10.1. The Organizer may modify these Terms or terminate the Promotion early in case of force majeure, technical issues, fraud, or changes in policies/law that make the Promotion impossible or impractical.

10.2. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Contest early in case of:

  • Force majeure (extraordinary events, natural disasters, etc.);
  • Detection of widespread fraud or violations;
  • Tremendous service unavailability or other technical issues;
  • Other circumstances making the Promotion operation impossible.

10.3. Upon early termination, the Organizer will notify participants via its official channels and explain the reasons for termination. In such case, upsized rates may not be applied and/or may cease to apply (in whole or in part) to the extent termination prevents proper administration of the Promotion; however, the Organizer will use commercially reasonable efforts to apply upsized rates to eligible partners already confirmed as of the termination date, where technically feasible and not prohibited by applicable law, advertiser terms, or anti-fraud measures.

11.3. Participation in the Promotion constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

11.4. The Organizer reserves the right to final interpretation of these Terms.

11.5. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
