Rules for “Audit From Nina” promotional campaign

These terms and rules (the “Rules”) govern the promotional campaign “Audit from Nina” (the “Promotion”) conducted by Travelpayouts and include:

  • a promotional live webinar with audits (the “Live Audit Webinar”) and selection of audited websites (the “Audit Selection”), and
  • a post-promotion incentive for eligible existing partners with a prize draw for the “6 months to 50k” course by Nina (the “Course Draw”).”.

The Rules are prepared in accordance with applicable law, the Travelpayouts Partnership Agreement, and the Privacy & Cookies Policy. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time. Where feasible, the Organizer will notify participants of material changes via its official channels.

1. ORGANIZER AND GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. The Organizer is Go Travel Un Limited, registered in Hong Kong under number 1658681, legal address: 31/F, Tower Two, Times Square, 1 Matheson Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, operating under the trademark Travelpayouts (hereinafter — “Travelpayouts/Organizer”).

1.2. The Promotion is conducted through the Organizer’s official channels, including the Travelpayouts website and dashboard, email communications and social media.

1.3. Participation is voluntary and free of charge. By participating, a partner fully and unconditionally accepts these Rules.

1.4. The Promotion is not a lottery or gambling activity. No purchase is required to participate or win.

1.5. Definitions:

Promo Code:  NINA26 (case-insensitive; may appear as NINA26 / Nina26 / nina26)
MAU: monthly active users for the participant’s website project.
Drive: a Travelpayouts feature/tool available in the partner dashboard.
Eligible Website: a travel website with 5,000+ MAU, as confirmed by the Organizer.

2. PROMOTION STRUCTURE AND TIMELINE

2.1. Stage 1 — Live Audit Webinar & Audit Selection
Registration period for Stage 1: March 23, 2026, 00:00 — March 31, 2026, 23:59 (inclusive), GMT+1.
Live Audit Webinar date: April 1, 2026.
Webinar format:
  • 90 minutes total: 
    • intro (~5 min)
    • audits of 3 sites (~20 min each)
    • Q&A (~25 min) 

The Organizer may adjust the agenda for operational reasons.

2.2. Stage 2 — Post-promotion (Drive activation) & the Course Draw
Stage 2 period: April 8, 2026, 00:00 — April 15, 2026, 23:59 (inclusive), GMT+1.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS

3.1. Stage 1 eligibility (Live Audit Webinar): 

A user is eligible for Stage 1 if the user:

  1. completes a new Travelpayouts registration during the Stage 1 registration period using promo code NINA26 (in the case of no personal account) or get the invitation to participate to email (in the case of personal account exists); and
  2. completes the webinar registration form provided by the Organizer during the Stage 1 registration period; and
  3. has an Eligible Website (5,000+ MAU), as confirmed by the Organizer; and
  4. (for users registering with promo code NINA26) completes the Projects section in the Travelpayouts account dashboard at https://app.travelpayouts.com/profile/sources; and 
  5.  and provides an active, working link to the user’s website; and
  6. complies with these Rules and Travelpayouts policies.

3.2. Users who meet Section 3.1 are included in the shortlist for possible selection of audited websites.

3.2.1. Audit materials requirement (for Audit Selection). Inclusion in the shortlist does not guarantee selection for a live audit. To be considered for the Audit Selection, the participant must, upon request, provide the Organizer and/or Nina with reasonable verification materials necessary to review the website performance and content (e.g., temporary read-only access to Google Analytics and/or Content Analytics, or relevant screenshots). If the participant does not provide the requested materials within a reasonable timeframe, the participant may remain eligible to attend the webinar (if invited), but the participant’s website may not be selected for a live audit.

3.3. Existing partners (Stage 2):

Stage 2 is available only to existing Travelpayouts partners who:

  1. have an Eligible Website (5,000+ MAU); and
  2.  have completed the webinar registration form in Stage 1; and
  3. comply with these Rules and Travelpayouts policies.

3.4. The Organizer may request reasonable proof of eligibility (website URL, MAU confirmation, ownership/management confirmation). Failure to provide proof may result in exclusion.

3.5. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Rules, the Travelpayouts Partnership Agreement, applicable policies, or applicable law, or who engages in fraudulent or abusive conduct (including bots, automated participation, artificial inflation of engagement, or multiple accounts).

4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE — STAGE 1

4.1. To participate in Stage 1, an eligible user must:

  1. either (i) register a new Travelpayouts account during the Stage 1 registration period and apply promo code NINA26 by March 31, 2026 (inclusive), if the user does not already have a Travelpayouts account, or (ii) receive an email invitation from the Organizer sent to the email address associated with the user’s existing Travelpayouts account; and
  2. complete the webinar registration form.

4.2. Users who complete the webinar registration form may receive an automated confirmation email with webinar details (the “invitation”), subject to eligibility checks.

4.3. For Audit Selection purposes, the Organizer and/or Nina may request temporary access or supporting materials as described in Section 3.2.1.

If the participant does not provide the requested materials within a reasonable timeframe, the participant may remain eligible to attend the webinar (if invited), but may not be selected for a live audit.

5. AUDIT SELECTION 

5.1. Number of audited websites: 3 websites will be audited during the Live Audit Webinar.

5.2. Audited websites are selected by Nina from the shortlist (Section 3.2), based on overall suitability for the webinar format and educational value for the audience.

5.3. The Organizer is not required to disclose the internal evaluation process or selection criteria, unless required by applicable law.

5.4. Nina’s team will contact the participants whose websites have been selected for the live audit on or around March 27, 2026 and will request them to complete an audit intake form about the website. The deadline to submit the intake form is March 29, 2026. A request to complete the audit intake form constitutes confirmation that the participant’s website has been selected for the live audit; failure to submit the intake form by the deadline may result in removal from the audit and selection of an alternate website at the Organizer’s and/or Nina’s discretion.

6. STAGE 1: WEBINAR ACCESS AND LIMITATIONS

6.1. Eligible participants may receive access to the Live Audit Webinar invitation at the Organizer’s discretion, subject to technical capacity and compliance checks.

6.2. Registration and form submission do not guarantee that a participant’s website will be selected for audit.

6.3. The Organizer may provide a webinar recording and/or workbook after the webinar, subject to Section 7 and Stage 2 conditions.

7. STAGE 2: POST-PROMOTION BENEFITS AND THE COURSE DRAW

7.1. During Stage 2 (April 8–15, 2026), eligible existing partners must enable Drive (or enable at least one Drive functionality that was disabled) for the eligible website project, as confirmed by the Organizer’s dashboard data and technical logs.

  1. 7.2. The Organizer will provide the webinar recording and Nina’s workbook to all users who completed the webinar registration form in Stage 1, subject to technical availability and compliance checks..

7.3. Eligible partners who complete Stage 2 are included in the Course Draw; 3 winners will be selected, and each winner receives 1 individual access to Nina’s in the Course Draw.

7.4. The Prize is online access to Nina’s Course Draw. The Organizer and/or Nina will contact winners to confirm any required details and provide access instructions for the course. 

7.5. Winners are selected randomly among eligible Stage 2 participants using a randomizer / random number generator.

7.6. The Organizer will notify all the Course Draw participants by email with the results on April 17, 2026 and will contact winners separately with scheduling instructions.

7.7. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not provide required scheduling information within 14 (fourteen) days, the Organizer may select an alternate winner via the email in the personal account.

8. COMMUNICATIONS

8.1. The Organizer may send participants administrative and service communications related to the Promotion, including confirmation of eligibility, webinar logistics, requests for verification materials, results of the Course Draw, and scheduling instructions.

8.2. Such communications are not marketing messages and are sent solely for administering the Promotion. Participants are responsible for maintaining accurate contact details and ensuring the ability to receive messages (spam filters, inbox capacity, etc.).

9. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

9.1. The Organizer processes personal data necessary to administer the Promotion (account identifiers, email, website/MAU verification data, Drive activation status, and related communications) in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy

9.2. Participants may exercise applicable data protection rights by contacting support@travelpayouts.com. The Organizer may request information to verify the requester’s identity.

9.3. The Organizer applies reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. Such measures may include access controls, role-based permissions, and other safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data and the risks involved.

10. LIABILITY AND LIMITATIONS

10.1. The Organizer is not liable for technical failures, third-party outages, email delivery failures, or participant-side technical issues.

10.2. The Organizer does not guarantee that any participant will be selected for a live audit or will win 1 individual access to Nina’s in the Course Draw.

11. TAXATION

11.1. Any prizes or benefits may be subject to taxation under the laws of the participant’s country of tax residence. Participants/winners are solely responsible for any tax obligations. 

12. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION

12.1. The Organizer may modify these Rules or terminate the Promotion early in case of force majeure, technical issues, fraud, or changes in policies/law that make the Promotion impossible or impractical.

12.2. Where feasible, the Organizer will provide notice via official channels (dashboard, email, social).

11.2. These Rules come into effect upon publication and remain valid until the Promotion ends and all Organizer obligations to winners are fulfilled.

11.3. Participation in the Promotion constitutes full acceptance of these Rules.

11.4. The Organizer reserves the right to final interpretation of these Rules.

11.5. If any provision of these Rules is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
