Contest rules for the “Travelpayouts Easter Hunt” promotional campaign.

These terms and rules (the “Rules”) govern the promotional campaign “Travelpayouts Easter Hunt” (the “Promotion”) conducted by Travelpayouts and consisting of three contests (each a “Contest”, together the “Contests”). The Rules are prepared in accordance with applicable law, the Travelpayouts Partnership Agreement, and the Privacy & Cookies Policy. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time. Where feasible, the Organizer will notify participants of material changes via its official channels.
1. ORGANIZER AND GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. The Organizer is Go Travel Un Limited, registered in Hong Kong under number 1658681, legal address: 31/F, Tower Two, Times Square, 1 Matheson Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, operating under the trademark Travelpayouts (hereinafter — “Travelpayouts/Organizer”).
1.2. The Promotion is conducted online through the Organizer’s official channels, including (without limitation) Instagram and Facebook (the “Social Networks”), the Promotion landing page, email communications, and the Travelpayouts account dashboard.
1.3. Participation is voluntary and free of charge. By participating, a user fully and unconditionally accepts these Rules.
1.4. The Promotion is not a lottery or gambling activity. No purchase is required to participate or win.
1.5. Meta disclaimer. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. By participating, each participant releases Meta Platforms, Inc. from any responsibility related to the Promotion.
1.6. Definitions:
| Partner: | a user with an active Travelpayouts account. |
| Travel website: | a travel-related website owned and/or managed by a Partner. |
| Drive: | a Travelpayouts tool available in the Partner dashboard; Drive functionalities are modules/features of Drive that can be enabled/disabled. |
| Eligible Partner: | a Partner meeting the requirements of the relevant Contest under these Rules. |
2. PROMOTION TIMELINE
2.1. Promotion period: April 2, 2026, 00:00 — April 7, 2026, 23:59 (inclusive), GMT+1.
2.2. Winner selection and announcement date: April 10, 2026, 23:59 (inclusive), GMT+1.
3. PRIZES AND DELIVERY
3.1. The Promotion includes three prize draws (one per Contest) with the following prize amounts:
- Contest 1: USD 100 (one winner)
- Contest 2: USD 200 (one winner)
- Contest 3: USD 500 (one winner)
3.2. Prize delivery method. All prizes are delivered as an equivalent-value credit to the winner’s Travelpayouts account balance (in the dashboard) within a reasonable time after winner confirmation and eligibility checks.
3.3. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside the Travelpayouts platform, except as required by applicable law.
4. ELIGIBILITY
4.1. Partners must comply with these Rules and Travelpayouts policies. The Organizer may disqualify participants who violate these Rules, attempt manipulation, or use prohibited methods (bots, automation, multiple accounts, artificial inflation, etc.).
4.2. Where a Contest requires a Travel website, the Organizer may request reasonable proof (e.g., website URL and confirmation of ownership/management). Failure to provide proof may result in disqualification.
4.3. Unless expressly stated otherwise, one Partner equals one entry per Contest. Additional actions not specified in the relevant Contest rules do not increase chances of winning.
5. CONTEST 1 — “EGG IN REEL”
5.1. To enter Contest 1 during the Promotion period, a Partner must:
- find the Easter egg on the cover of the designated Travelpayouts Reel; and
- post the key phrase in a comment under the relevant post.
5.2. After a valid comment, the Partner will receive an automated message in Instagram/Facebook confirming entry.
5.3. One Partner — one entry for Contest 1. Repeated comments do not increase chances.
6. CONTEST 2 — “EGG ON LANDING”
6.1. Contest 2 is open only to Partners who have a Travel website.
6.2. To enter Contest 2 during the Promotion period, an Eligible Partner must:
- find the Easter egg on the Promotion landing page and click it; and
- submit the entry form by providing a valid email address.
6.3. Mandatory email requirement. Providing an email address is required to enter Contest 2 because the email is used for Promotion administration (including results communication) and for access to Contest 3 (Section 7).
6.4. One Partner — one entry for Contest 2 (one valid form submission).
7. CONTEST 3 — “DRIVE EGG IN DASHBOARD”
7.1. Contest 3 is open only to Partners who:
- have a Travel website; and
- submitted the form in Contest 2.
7.2. Partners who submitted the Contest 2 form will receive an automated email with a link to continue the hunt (Contest 3).
7.3. To enter Contest 3 during the Promotion period, an Eligible Partner must, after following the email link and viewing the dashboard banner:
- enable Drive and/or enable one or more previously disabled Drive functionalities for the Partner’s project(s), as reflected in the dashboard and technical logs.
7.4. For Contest 3, each separate enablement of Drive or a previously disabled Drive functionality on each separate project counts as one entry. A Partner may have multiple projects.
7.5. The Organizer determines eligibility and the number of tickets based on dashboard data and internal technical logs.
8. WINNER SELECTION AND ANNOUNCEMENT
8.1. One winner is selected for each Contest. Winners are selected randomly from eligible participants who completed the requirements for the relevant Contest, using a randomizer / random number generator.
8.2. On April 10, 2026, the Organizer will:
- announce all three winners by updating the text of the main Contest post;
- email the results to participants who provided an email address in Contest 2; and
- additionally notify the winner of Contest 1 via DM (where technically feasible).
8.3. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to provide information reasonably required to credit the prize within 14 days, the Organizer may select an alternate winner.
9. COMMUNICATIONS
9.1. The Organizer may send participants administrative and service communications related to the Promotion, including confirmation of eligibility, instructions, results, prize crediting details, and Contest 3 access links.
9.2. Such communications are not marketing messages and are sent solely for administering the Promotion. Participants are responsible for maintaining accurate contact details and ensuring the ability to receive messages (spam filters, inbox capacity, etc.).
10. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
10.1. The Organizer processes personal data necessary to administer the Promotion (e.g., Social Network username, email provided in Contest 2, participation and eligibility data, and related communications) in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy.
10.2. Participants may exercise applicable data protection rights by contacting support@travelpayouts.com. The Organizer may request information to verify the requester’s identity.
10.3. Where a participant separately opts into marketing communications, marketing emails will be sent only in accordance with the Privacy Policy, and the participant may unsubscribe at any time as described therein.
11. LIABILITY AND LIMITATIONS
11.1. The Organizer is not liable for Social Networks outages, landing page issues, tracking disruptions, third-party outages, email delivery failures, or participant-side technical issues.
11.2. The Organizer does not guarantee that any participant will win.
11.3. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer’s liability in connection with the Promotion is limited to the value of the relevant prize.
12. TAXATION
12.1. Any prizes or benefits may be subject to taxation under the laws of the participant’s country of tax residence. Participants/winners are solely responsible for any tax obligations.
13. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION
13.1. The Organizer may modify these Rules or terminate the Promotion early in case of force majeure, technical issues, fraud, or changes in policies/law that make the Promotion impossible or impractical.
13.2. Where feasible, the Organizer will provide notice via official channels (dashboard, email, social).

14.2. These Rules come into effect upon publication and remain valid until the Promotion ends and all Organizer obligations to winners are fulfilled.
14.3. Participation in the Promotion constitutes full acceptance of these Rules.
14.4. The Organizer reserves the right to final interpretation of these Rules.
14.5. If any provision of these Rules is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
