Why Drive tools may not appear right away and what to check after setup.
If Drive is installed correctly, its tools may still not appear on your website immediately.
Drive needs time to analyze your website and understand where its tools can be useful. Drive tools appear only on eligible pages and only when they are relevant to the page content, user behavior, and your Drive settings.
Why Drive tools may not appear right away
Drive tools may not appear immediately after installation because Drive needs time to:
- analyze your website content;
- learn from user behavior;
- find pages where Drive tools can add value;
- identify existing links or places where monetization can be improved;
- apply the right tools to the right pages.
This process is automatic and may take some time after installation.
Drive tools do not appear on every page
Installing Drive on your website does not mean that Drive tools will appear on every page.
Drive tools appear only where they are relevant and enabled. For example, Drive may not show tools on pages where there is no suitable content, no relevant travel context, or no opportunity to improve monetization.
Check your Drive settings
If you don’t see Drive tools, check that the tools you want to use are enabled in Drive settings.
Some tools may be disabled for the whole website or for specific pages. If a tool is disabled, it will not appear even if Drive is installed correctly.
Check your browser and cache
Sometimes Drive tools may not be visible because of browser cache, website cache, or browser extensions.
Try the following:
- clear your browser cache;
- open your website in incognito mode;
- try another browser;
- disable ad blockers or script blockers temporarily;
- clear your website or CDN cache, if you use one.
Check available programs
Drive features like Insert Recommendations and Link Relevant Keywords work only if your Project is approved to work with Booking.com and Viator.
You can open My programs page -> select needed Project at the top bar -> open the Approved tab to check whether or not you have those brands there.

What to do if you still don’t see Drive tools
If Drive is installed, enabled, and enough time has passed, but you still don’t see Drive tools on your website, contact our support team.
Include the following information in your message:
- your Project name;
- your website URL;
- the page where you expected to see Drive tools;
- which Drive tool you expected to see;
This will help us check why Drive tools are not appearing on your website.
