Learn where to find reward rates for travel brands and what conditions to check before promoting a program.
A reward rate shows how much you can earn when a user makes a booking or purchase through your affiliate link or another Travelpayouts affiliate tool.
Each travel brand on Travelpayouts has its own reward rates and reward conditions. You can check them in your Travelpayouts account on the program page.
How reward rates work
Travelpayouts works on a CPA model, which means Cost per Action.
This means that you earn a reward when a user:
- clicks your affiliate link or uses another Travelpayouts affiliate tool;
- makes a booking;
- meets the conditions of the travel brand’s program.
Your earnings are calculated based on the program’s reward rate and the booking or purchase conditions.
Types of reward rates on Travelpayouts
- Percentage of the paid booking amount. This rate is the most common and varies from one program to another. One program can offer different rates depending on the type of service (accommodation, tickets, etc.)
- Fixed reward. In this scenario, you will get a fixed amount of money regardless of the total cost of the ticket or any other service purchased via your link.
Some programs can offer several reward types depending on the user action, service type, platform, or other program conditions.
