Contest rules for the "State of the travel affiliate industry 2026” promotional campaign.

These Rules (the “Rules”) govern the promotional campaign “State of the Travel Affiliate Industry 2026” (the “Promotion”) conducted by Travelpayouts, including access to selected materials from the industry report, a self-assessment questionnaire, full report delivery, and a prize draw for expert consultations (the “Consultation Draw”). The Rules are prepared in accordance with applicable law, the Travelpayouts Partnership Agreement, and the Privacy & Cookies Policy. The Organizer may amend these Rules at any time and, where practicable, will notify participants of material changes through its official channels.
1. ORGANIZER AND GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. The Organizer of the Promotion is Go Travel Un Limited, registered in Hong Kong under number 1658681, legal address: 31/F, Tower Two, Times Square, 1 Matheson Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. The company operates under the trademark Travelpayouts (hereinafter — “Travelpayouts/Organizer”).
1.2. The Promotion is conducted through the Organizer’s official channels, including the State of the Travel Affiliate Industry 2026 landing page, the Travelpayouts dashboard, email communications, social media, and other official communications.
1.3. The Promotion is intended for eligible English-speaking travel creators, potential Travelpayouts partners, and existing Travelpayouts partners with travel websites.
1.4. Participation is voluntary and free of charge. By participating in the Promotion, a participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Rules. The Promotion is not a lottery or gambling activity. No purchase is required to participate or win.
1.5. The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. By participating, each participant releases Meta Platforms, Inc. from any responsibility related to the Promotion.
1.6. Definitions:
| Consultation Draw: | a random draw in which 3 winners are selected among eligible participants to receive an expert consultation. |
| Drive: | a Travelpayouts tool available in the Travelpayouts dashboard. |
| Drive functions: | separate components/modules of Drive that a partner may enable/disable. |
| Eligible Website: | a travel-related website provided by the participant and/or connected to the participant’s Travelpayouts account. |
| Full Report: | the full version of the State of the Travel Affiliate Industry 2026 report prepared by the Organizer. |
| Self-Assessment: | a short questionnaire available on the Promotion landing page that helps users assess how well their website aligns with the current state of the travel affiliate industry. |
| Targeted Offers: | a Drive functions that allows partners to display personalized or targeted offers to users through the Travelpayouts tools, where available. |
2. PROMOTION TIMELINE
2.1. Promotion period: June 17, 2026, 00:00 — July 5, 2026, 23:59 (GMT+1).
2.2. Drive activation deadline for Full Report delivery and Consultation Draw eligibility: July 5, 2026, 23:59 (GMT+1).
2.3. Consultation Draw date: July 8, 2026.
2.4. The Organizer may adjust Promotion dates for operational reasons by notifying participants via official channels.
3. ELIGIBILITY
3.1. The Promotion is open to users who:
- provide a valid email address and a working website link via the Promotion form;
- have or operate a travel-related website;
- comply with these Rules and Travelpayouts policies.
3.2. The Promotion is intended for selected eligible users and Travelpayouts partners identified by the Organizer based on campaign criteria, including account status, website type, Drive activation status, and other relevant technical or business parameters. The Organizer may limit access to the Promotion, the Full Report, and/or the Consultation Draw to users who received an invitation, accessed the applicable Promotion landing page, or otherwise meet the eligibility requirements under these Rules.
3.3. The Organizer may request reasonable proof of eligibility, including website URL, website ownership/management confirmation, and/or other information reasonably required to confirm eligibility.
3.4. The Organizer may disqualify a participant who violates these Rules, submits false information, uses prohibited methods, attempts to manipulate participation, or otherwise engages in fraudulent or abusive conduct.
4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
4.1. To participate in the Promotion, a user must submit the entry form on the Promotion landing page by providing:
- a valid email address; and
- a working link to the user’s travel website.
The applicable Promotion landing pages are:
- for existing Travelpayouts partners: https://special.travelpayouts.com/state-of-the-travel-affiliate-industry; and
- for leads / potential Travelpayouts partners: https://special.travelpayouts.com/travel-industry.
4.2. After submitting the form, the user may access selected materials from the State of the Travel Affiliate Industry 2026 report on the Promotion landing page. These materials may include industry insights, charts, recommendations, expert tips, and information about Drive.
4.3. The user may also complete the Self-Assessment available on the Promotion landing page. The Self-Assessment is intended to help the user understand how well the user’s travel website aligns with the current state of the travel affiliate industry and which areas may require improvement.
4.4. After completing the Self-Assessment, the user may receive an assessment result and/or recommendations, including a call to enable Drive or additional Drive functions where applicable.
4.5. To receive the Full Report and be included in the Consultation Draw, the user must enable Drive or previously disabled Drive functions by the deadline specified in Section 2.2 and Section 5.
4.6. The Self-Assessment result and any related recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or business advice. The Organizer does not guarantee that following any recommendations will lead to specific results, earnings, traffic, or conversions.
5. FULL REPORT DELIVERY AND CONSULTATION DRAW ELIGIBILITY
5.1. To receive the Full Report and be included in the Consultation Draw, a participant must, by the Drive activation deadline specified in Section 2.2:
- enable Drive; or
- enable one or more previously disabled Drive functions.
5.2. Participants who meet the requirements of Section 5.1 will automatically:
- receive the Full Report by email, where technically feasible; and
- be included in the shortlist for the Consultation Draw.
5.3. The Organizer determines whether Drive or Drive functions have been enabled based on the Travelpayouts dashboard data and internal technical logs.
5.4. Existing partners with Drive fully enabled may receive the Full Report without additional Drive activation. The Organizer may determine whether such partners are included in the Consultation Draw based on the applicable campaign segment and these Rules.
6. CONSULTATION DRAW AND PRIZE
6.1. Number of winners: 3 (three).
6.2. Prize: each winner receives one expert consultation related to adapting and improving the participant’s travel website in light of the current state of the travel creator / travel affiliate industry.
6.3. Consultation provider: the consultation may be conducted by:
- a Travelpayouts Partnerships Manager; or
- an expert travel blogger, including where the winner already has a dedicated Travelpayouts Partnerships Manager.
6.4. Consultation format: online call, up to 60 minutes, in English, scheduled subject to the expert’s availability. The Organizer may reasonably adjust the format, duration, provider, or logistics for operational reasons.
6.5. Winner selection: winners are selected randomly among eligible participants using a randomizer / random number generator.
6.6. Announcement and notification: the Organizer will notify participants of the Consultation Draw results by email on or around July 8, 2026 and will contact winners separately with scheduling instructions.
6.7. Winner confirmation: if a winner cannot be contacted or does not provide information reasonably required to schedule the consultation within 14 (fourteen) days after notification, the Organizer may select an alternate winner.
7. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
7.1. The Organizer may send participants administrative and service communications related to the Promotion, including landing page access, Self-Assessment information, Full Report delivery, Drive activation instructions, Consultation Draw results, and consultation scheduling instructions.
7.2. Such communications are sent for the purpose of administering the Promotion and providing the materials and benefits described in these Rules.
7.3. Participants are responsible for ensuring their email address is accurate and able to receive messages, including by checking spam filters and inbox capacity.
8. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
8.1. The Organizer processes personal data necessary to administer the Promotion including email address, website link, participation status, Self-Assessment participation data, Drive activation status, Full Report delivery status, Consultation Draw status, and related communications, in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy.
8.2. Participants may exercise applicable data protection rights by contacting support@travelpayouts.com. The Organizer may request information to verify the requester’s identity.
8.3. Personal data may be accessed by authorized Organizer personnel and service providers on a need-to-know basis. Limited winner data may be shared with the relevant expert solely for the purpose of organizing and conducting the consultation.
9. LIABILITY AND LIMITATIONS
9.1. The Organizer is not liable for landing page issues, dashboard issues, tracking disruptions, third-party outages, email delivery failures, or participant-side technical issues.
9.2. The Organizer does not guarantee that any participant will receive a specific Self-Assessment result, improve website performance, increase earnings, or win a consultation.
9.3. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer’s liability in connection with the Promotion is limited to providing the benefits described in these Rules, where applicable.
10. TAXATION
10.1. Prizes may be subject to taxation under the laws of the winner’s country of tax residence. Winners are solely responsible for their tax obligations.
10.2. If necessary, the Organizer may request documents from the winner required to comply with tax requirements or anti-money laundering (KYC/AML) requirements.
11. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION
11.1. The Organizer may modify these Rules or terminate the Promotion early in case of force majeure, technical issues, fraud, or changes in policies/law that make the Promotion impossible or impractical.
11.2. Where feasible, the Organizer will provide notice via official сhannels.

12.2. These Rules come into effect upon publication and remain valid until the Promotion ends and all Organizer obligations to participants/winners are fulfilled.
12.3. Participation in the Promotion constitutes full acceptance of these Rules.
12.4. The Organizer reserves the right to final interpretation of these Rules.
12.5. If any provision of these Rules is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
