Rules for "Summer Momentum” promotional campaign

These Rules (the “Rules”) govern the promotional campaign and prize draw “Summer Momentum” (the “Promotion”) conducted by Travelpayouts. The Promotion includes: 

  1. a guaranteed enhanced Viator commission rate for eligible partners who enable Drive and/or Targeted Offers during the Promotion; and
  2. a prize draw among eligible partners who meet the Drive activation and booking requirements described below.

The Rules are prepared in accordance with applicable law, the Travelpayouts Partnership Agreement, and the Privacy & Cookies Policy. The Organizer may amend these Rules at any time and, where practicable, will notify participants of material changes through its official channels.

1. ORGANIZER AND GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. The Organizer of the Promotion is Go Travel Un Limited, registered in Hong Kong under number 1658681, legal address: 31/F, Tower Two, Times Square, 1 Matheson Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. The company operates under the trademark Travelpayouts (hereinafter — “Travelpayouts/Organizer”).

1.2. The Promotion is conducted through the Organizer’s official channels, including the Travelpayouts dashboard, Drive section, pop-up banners, dashboard banners, Promotion landing pages, the Travelpayouts blog, Travelpayouts social media accounts, email communications, paid advertisements on Meta platforms, and other official communications. For clarity, Meta Platforms, Inc. is not a sponsor or administrator of the Promotion.

1.3. The Promotion is intended for selected eligible Travelpayouts partners identified by the Organizer based on campaign criteria, including account status, website/project status, geography, Drive activation status, Targeted Offers activation status, traffic volume, dashboard activity, and other relevant technical or business parameters.

1.4.The Promotion is primarily intended for English-speaking partners and audiences selected by the Organizer based on campaign criteria, including geography, language, account status, Drive / Targeted Offers status, and other relevant technical or business parameters. Promotion communications and materials may be provided in English.

1.5. Participation is voluntary and free of charge. By participating in the Promotion, a participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Rules.

1.6. The Promotion is not a lottery or gambling activity. No purchase is required to participate or win.

1.7. Definitions:

Drive:a Travelpayouts tool available in the Travelpayouts dashboard.
Drive functions:separate components/modules of Drive that a partner may enable/disable.
Targeted Offers:a separate Drive functionality available in the Travelpayouts dashboard, where applicable.
Eligible Project:a partner’s website/project connected to the Travelpayouts account and meeting the Promotion requirements.
Drive Booking:an eligible booking attributed to Drive, as determined by the Organizer based on Travelpayouts dashboard data, attribution data, and internal technical logs.
Enhanced Viator Rate:the increased Viator commission rate described in Section 5.
Prize Draw:a random draw in which 3 winners are selected among eligible participants to receive the Prize.
Prize:USD 1,000 credited to the winner’s Travelpayouts account balance.

2. PROMOTION TIMELINE

2.1. Promotion period: July 8, 2026, 00:00 — August 28, 2026, 23:59 (GMT+1).

2.2. Drive / Targeted Offers activation period: July 8, 2026 — July 26, 2026 inclusive.

2.3. Booking qualification period: July 8, 2026 — August 26, 2026 inclusive.

2.4. Enhanced Viator Rate period: eligible Viator bookings made from July 8, 2026 through August 31, 2026 inclusive may be counted under the Enhanced Viator Rate, subject to these Rules.

2.5. Winner selection and announcement: winners will be selected and announced on or around August 28, 2026, subject to eligibility checks.

2.6. The Organizer may adjust the Promotion dates for operational reasons by notifying participants via official channels.

3. ELIGIBILITY

3.1. The Promotion is open to eligible Travelpayouts partners who:

  1. receive a Promotion communication from the Organizer or access the Promotion through an official channel;
  2. belong to the selected campaign audience identified by the Organizer based on campaign criteria;
  3. comply with these Rules, the Travelpayouts Partnership Agreement, and applicable Travelpayouts policies; and
  4. meet the applicable Drive / Targeted Offers requirements described in these Rules.

3.2. The Organizer may make different Promotion messages available to different audience groups depending on the partner’s Drive status, Targeted Offers status, geography, website/project status, and other campaign criteria. These differences do not affect the Organizer’s right to determine eligibility under these Rules.

3.3. The Organizer determines eligibility based on Travelpayouts account data, dashboard data, Drive and Targeted Offers status, booking data, attribution data, internal technical logs, and other relevant records.

3.4. The Organizer may disqualify a participant who violates these Rules, submits false information, uses prohibited methods, attempts to manipulate eligibility or booking attribution, engages in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or violates the Travelpayouts Partnership Agreement or applicable policies.

4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

4.1. To become eligible for the Enhanced Viator Rate, a partner must, during the activation period specified in Section 2.2:

  1. enable Drive, if Drive was not enabled; and/or
  2. enable previously disabled Drive functionalities, including Targeted Offers where applicable.

4.2. To become eligible for the Prize Draw, a partner must meet all of the following conditions:

  1. have Drive enabled or enable Drive / previously disabled Drive functionalities by July 26, 2026 inclusive;
  2. keep Drive and the applicable enabled Drive functionalities active during the booking qualification period, where required for proper attribution and performance; and
  3. receive at least 10 eligible Drive Bookings on one Eligible Project by August 26, 2026 inclusive.

4.3. Bookings are counted separately by project. To qualify for the Prize Draw, the partner must receive at least 10 eligible Drive Bookings on one project. Bookings from multiple projects are not combined for the purpose of reaching the 10-booking threshold.

4.4. Drive may be enabled on multiple projects. If several projects of the same partner meet the 10-booking threshold, this may increase the partner’s chances in the Prize Draw, as determined by the Organizer’s draw mechanics. However, one partner may receive no more than one Prize under this Promotion.

4.5. If Drive is fully enabled on one project but not enabled or only partially enabled on another project, the Organizer may treat the partner as eligible to receive Promotion communications and may invite the partner to enable Drive or additional Drive functionalities on the relevant project.

5. ENHANCED VIATOR RATE

5.1. Eligible partners who enable Drive and/or Targeted Offers during the activation period may receive the Enhanced Viator Rate for eligible Viator bookings made from July 8, 2026 through August 31, 2026 inclusive.

5.2. The Enhanced Viator Rate is as follows:

  1. eligible Viator bookings generated through Targeted Offers only: from 4% to 5%;
  2. eligible Viator bookings generated through standard Travelpayouts affiliate tools, including links and widgets, and/or through eligible Drive functionalities other than Targeted Offers: from 8% to 10%.

5.3. For clarity, Targeted Offers is a separate Drive functionality with a different commission structure. Therefore, eligible Viator bookings generated through Targeted Offers are subject to the enhanced Targeted Offers rate specified in Section 5.2(a), and not to the general enhanced rate specified in Section 5.2(b).

5.4. The Enhanced Viator Rate applies only to eligible Viator bookings tracked and attributed in accordance with Travelpayouts tracking rules, the Travelpayouts Partnership Agreement, Viator program terms, and internal technical logs.

5.5. The Organizer determines whether the Enhanced Viator Rate applies based on dashboard data, Drive / Targeted Offers activation data, booking data, attribution data, and internal technical logs.

5.6. The Enhanced Viator Rate may not apply to bookings that are cancelled, rejected, fraudulent, non-commissionable, incorrectly tracked, or otherwise ineligible under Travelpayouts and/or Viator terms.

6. PRIZE DRAW AND PRIZE FUND

6.1. Number of winners: 3 (three).

6.2. Prize: each winner receives USD 1,000 credited to the winner’s Travelpayouts account balance.

6.3. Winners are selected randomly among all eligible partners who meet the Prize Draw requirements in Section 4.2.

6.4. The Prize Draw will be conducted using a random number generator.

6.5. Each eligible partner may receive no more than one Prize, regardless of the number of projects that meet the eligibility requirements.

6.6. The Prize will be credited to the winner’s Travelpayouts account balance within a reasonable time after winner selection and completion of any required checks.

6.7. The Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside the Travelpayouts platform, except as required by applicable law.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

7.1. Winners will be selected on or around August 28, 2026 among eligible participants who meet the requirements of these Rules.

7.2. The Organizer will notify winners via email associated with their Travelpayouts account and/or through other official communication channels.

7.3. The Organizer may also publish general Promotion results through official channels without disclosing personal data, unless the participant has provided consent or disclosure is otherwise permitted by applicable law.

7.4. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to provide required information, fails compliance checks, or is found ineligible within 14 days after notification, the Organizer may select an alternate winner.

7.5. Participants are responsible for keeping their account contact details accurate and ensuring the ability to receive communications, including checking spam filters and inbox capacity.

8. EMAIL AND PROMOTION COMMUNICATIONS

8.1. The Organizer may send participants administrative and service communications related to the Promotion, including information about Drive activation, Targeted Offers, Enhanced Viator Rate eligibility, booking progress, Prize Draw conditions, Promotion reminders, winner announcement, and Prize delivery.

8.2. Such communications are sent for the purpose of administering the Promotion, explaining eligibility requirements, and providing information about the benefits described in these Rules.

8.3. The Organizer may also send marketing communications where permitted by applicable law and/or the participant’s communication preferences.

9. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

9.1. The Organizer processes personal data necessary to administer the Promotion, including account identifiers, contact details, website/project information, geography/segment data, Drive and Targeted Offers activation status, booking data, attribution data, Prize Draw status, and related communications, in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy

9.2.  Participants may exercise applicable data protection rights by contacting support@travelpayouts.com. The Organizer may request information to verify the requester’s identity.

10. LIABILITY AND LIMITATIONS

10.1.  The Organizer is not liable for tracking disruptions, attribution issues, dashboard issues, third-party outages, email delivery failures, Viator program changes, participant-side technical issues, or delays outside the Organizer’s reasonable control.

10.2. The Organizer does not guarantee that enabling Drive, Targeted Offers, or other Drive functionalities will lead to specific results, revenue, conversion rates, booking volumes, or Prize Draw eligibility.

10.3. The Organizer does not guarantee that any participant will win a Prize.

10.4. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer’s liability in connection with the Promotion is limited to the value of the relevant Prize or benefit, where applicable.

11. TAXATION AND COMPLIANCE

11.1. Prizes and/or promotional benefits may be subject to taxation under the laws of the participant’s country of tax residence. Participants and winners are solely responsible for their tax obligations.

11.2. If necessary, the Organizer may request documents from a participant or winner required to comply with tax requirements, sanctions compliance, anti-money laundering requirements, KYC/AML checks, or other applicable compliance requirements.

12. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION

12.1. The Organizer may modify these Rules or terminate the Promotion early in case of force majeure, technical issues, fraud, abuse, tracking problems, Viator program changes, or changes in policies/law that make the Promotion impossible or impractical.

12.2. Where feasible, the Organizer will provide notice via official channels.

13.2. These Rules come into effect upon publication and remain valid until the Promotion ends and all Organizer obligations to participants/winners are fulfilled.

13.3. Participation in the Promotion constitutes full acceptance of these Rules.

13.4. The Organizer reserves the right to final interpretation of these Rules.

13.5. If any provision of these Rules is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
