Contest rules for the "Own Your Traffic With Laura Peters” promotional campaign.

These Promotion Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the promotional educational campaign “Own Your Traffic with Laura Peters” (the “Promotion”) conducted by Travelpayouts. As part of the Promotion, eligible users may receive access to an educational email bootcamp featuring video lessons by Laura Peters, CEO of Scale Your Travel Blog and creator of Mike & Laura Travel.
These Terms are prepared in accordance with applicable law, the Travelpayouts Partnership Agreement, and the Privacy & Cookies Policy. The Organizer may amend these Terms at any time and, where practicable, will notify participants of material changes through its official channels
1. ORGANIZER AND GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. The Organizer of the Promotion is Go Travel Un Limited, registered in Hong Kong under number 1658681, legal address: 31/F, Tower Two, Times Square, 1 Matheson Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. The company operates under the trademark Travelpayouts (hereinafter — “Travelpayouts/Organizer”).
1.2. The Promotion is conducted through the Organizer’s official channels, including Promotion landing pages, email communications, the Travelpayouts dashboard, Travelpayouts blog, Travelpayouts social media accounts, paid advertisements, and other official communications.
1.3. The Promotion is intended for selected users and Travelpayouts partners identified by the Organizer based on campaign criteria, including account status, project type, language, geography, Drive activation status, dashboard activity, booking history, traffic volume, and other relevant technical or business parameters.
1.4. Participation is voluntary and free of charge. By participating in the Promotion, a participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Terms.
1.5. The Promotion is not a lottery or gambling activity. No purchase is required to participate.
1.6. Definitions:
| Bootcamp: | an educational email series made available under the Promotion, consisting of video lessons by Laura Peters and accompanying notes/materials prepared or provided by the Organizer. |
| Drive: | a Travelpayouts tool available in the Travelpayouts dashboard. |
| Drive functions: | separate components/modules of Drive that a partner may enable/disable. |
| Landing Page: | the Promotion landing page where the Organizer may publish selected Promotion materials, including a demo lesson. |
| Eligible Lead: | a potential Travelpayouts partner who provides an email address through the Landing Page and meets the applicable campaign criteria. |
| Eligible Partner: | an existing Travelpayouts partner who meets the applicable campaign criteria and completes the required action under Section 4. |
| Promotion Materials: | educational videos, emails, notes, links, and other materials made available as part of the Bootcamp. |
2. PROMOTION TIMELINE
2.1. Promotion period: July 28, 2026, 00:00 — August 11, 2026, 23:59 (GMT+1).
2.2. Eligible users must complete the applicable access action described in Section 4 by August 11, 2026, 23:59 (GMT+1) to receive access to the Bootcamp.
2.3. The Organizer may continue sending Bootcamp emails and related administrative communications after the end of the Promotion Period to users who completed the required access action during the Promotion Period.
2.4. The Organizer may adjust Promotion dates for operational reasons by notifying participants via official channels.
3. ELIGIBILITY
3.1. The Promotion may be available to:
- potential Travelpayouts partners with travel blogs or travel-related websites;
- current leads;
- existing Travelpayouts partners who receive Travelpayouts communications in English and/or have English selected as their dashboard language; and
- other selected users or partners identified by the Organizer based on campaign criteria.
3.2. Existing Travelpayouts partners may be selected based on criteria including Drive activation status, project type, traffic volume, booking activity, dashboard activity, and other relevant technical or business parameters.
3.3. The Organizer may make different Promotion flows, calls to action, or access requirements available to different audience groups, including potential leads, existing partners without Drive enabled, existing partners with partially enabled Drive, and existing partners with fully enabled Drive.
3.4. The Organizer determines eligibility based on information provided by the user, Travelpayouts account data, dashboard data, website/project information, Drive status, email data, internal technical logs, and other relevant records.
3.5. The Organizer may refuse access to the Bootcamp or remove a participant from the Promotion if the participant violates these Terms, submits false information, uses prohibited methods, attempts to manipulate eligibility, infringes third-party rights, or otherwise engages in fraudulent or abusive conduct.
4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE AND RECEIVE ACCESS
4.1. The Landing Page may include one demo video lesson available without completing the full access requirements. The Organizer may change, limit, or remove the demo lesson at any time for operational, licensing, or technical reasons.
4.2. Potential leads / users who are not Travelpayouts partners. To receive access to the Bootcamp, a user who is not an existing Travelpayouts partner must submit the Landing Page form by providing a valid email address and any other information reasonably requested by the Organizer.
4.3. Existing Travelpayouts partners without fully enabled Drive. To receive access to the Bootcamp, an existing Travelpayouts partner must enable Drive or previously disabled Drive functionalities by the deadline specified in Section 2.2.
4.4. Existing Travelpayouts partners with fully enabled Drive. Existing Travelpayouts partners who have Drive fully enabled may receive access to the Bootcamp by submitting the Landing Page form and providing a valid email address, or through another access method made available by the Organizer.
4.5. After the applicable access action is completed, the Organizer may start sending Bootcamp emails to:
- the email address provided through the Landing Page; or
- for existing partners, the email address associated with the Travelpayouts account, unless another email address is provided through the applicable Promotion flow.
4.6. Access to the Bootcamp is not guaranteed if the user provides an invalid email address, does not complete the applicable access action by the deadline, unsubscribes from relevant emails, or is otherwise unable to receive email communications.
5. BOOTCAMP FORMAT AND MATERIALS
5.1. The Bootcamp is an educational email series focused on helping travel bloggers and website owners build and develop more stable traffic channels that may be monetized independently from external platforms.
5.2. The Bootcamp may include video lessons by Laura Peters, notes, practical recommendations, links, examples, and other educational materials related to travel blogging, audience development, traffic diversification, email list building, and monetization.
5.3. The Organizer currently expects the Bootcamp to include up to 6 educational emails, including video lessons and accompanying notes. One video lesson may be made available on the Landing Page as a demo lesson, while the remaining lessons may be sent by email one by one.
5.4. The Organizer may change the number, timing, sequence, format, or content of Bootcamp emails and Promotion Materials for operational, editorial, licensing, or technical reasons.
5.5. The Bootcamp and Promotion Materials are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute legal, tax, financial, business, or professional advice.
5.6. The Organizer does not guarantee that participation in the Bootcamp, enabling Drive, or following any recommendations will lead to specific results, including traffic growth, earnings, bookings, conversions, ranking improvements, or protection from algorithm changes.
6. DRIVE ACTIVATION AND PARTNER FLOW
6.1. For existing Travelpayouts partners required to enable Drive or additional Drive functionalities, Drive activation status is determined based on Travelpayouts dashboard data and internal technical logs.
6.2. If Drive is fully enabled on one project but not enabled or only partially enabled on another project, the Organizer may invite the partner to enable Drive or additional Drive functionalities on the relevant project.
6.3. The Organizer may determine whether Drive is fully enabled based on the Drive functionalities available for the relevant account/project at the time of verification.
6.4. Drive activation is used as an access condition for selected existing partners under this Promotion and does not guarantee any particular performance, earnings, traffic, or booking results.
7. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
7.1. By submitting the Landing Page form or completing the applicable access action, the participant agrees to receive communications necessary to provide and administer the Bootcamp, including access emails, lesson emails, reminders, Drive-related instructions, and other Promotion-related communications.
7.2. Bootcamp emails may include educational content, Drive-related information, Travelpayouts product information, and related recommendations.
7.3. Participants may unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the unsubscribe link in the relevant email. If a participant unsubscribes or otherwise stops receiving emails, the participant may be unable to receive some or all Bootcamp materials.
7.4. The Organizer may also send marketing communications where permitted by applicable law and/or the participant’s communication preferences.
7.5. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their email address is accurate and able to receive messages, including by checking spam filters and inbox capacity.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND USE OF MATERIALS
8.1. All Promotion Materials, including video lessons, texts, notes, graphics, emails, and other content made available under the Promotion, are protected by intellectual property rights and may belong to the Organizer, Laura Peters, or other rights holders.
8.2. Participants receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Promotion Materials for personal educational purposes only.
8.3. Participants may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, sublicense, share access to, record, or otherwise exploit the Promotion Materials except as expressly permitted by the Organizer in writing.
8.4. The Organizer may suspend or terminate access to the Bootcamp if a participant violates this Section or otherwise misuses the Promotion Materials.
9. THIRD-PARTY EXPERT AND CONTENT
9.1. The Bootcamp includes content created or provided by Laura Peters and/or her business. Laura Peters is an independent expert and is not an employee of the Organizer.
9.2. Any views, recommendations, or examples provided by Laura Peters are educational in nature and do not guarantee specific results.
9.3. The Organizer may adapt, supplement, edit, annotate, or present the expert materials together with Travelpayouts notes and recommendations as part of the Promotion.
10. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
10.1. The Organizer processes personal data necessary to administer the Promotion, including email address, account identifiers, website/project information, Drive activation status, communication status, Bootcamp access status, and related communications, in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy.
10.2. Participants may exercise applicable data protection rights by contacting support@travelpayouts.com. The Organizer may request information to verify the requester’s identity.
10.3. Where necessary for providing the Bootcamp or managing Promotion communications, the Organizer may use service providers acting on its behalf and under applicable data protection obligations.
11. LIABILITY AND LIMITATIONS
11.1. The Organizer is not liable for landing page issues, email delivery failures, tracking disruptions, dashboard issues, third-party platform issues, video hosting issues, service provider outages, or participant-side technical issues.
11.2. The Organizer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Landing Page, Bootcamp emails, videos, or other Promotion Materials.
11.3. The Organizer does not guarantee any specific business, traffic, revenue, booking, conversion, ranking, or audience growth results from participation in the Promotion.
11.4. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer’s liability in connection with the Promotion is limited to providing access to the Promotion Materials where applicable.
12. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION
12.1. The Organizer may modify these Terms, change the Promotion mechanics, replace or remove Promotion Materials, or terminate the Promotion early in case of force majeure, technical issues, licensing restrictions, third-party issues, fraud, abuse, or changes in policies/law that make the Promotion impossible or impractical.
12.2. Where feasible, the Organizer will provide notice via official channels.

13.2. These Terms come into effect upon publication and remain valid until the Promotion ends and all Organizer obligations to participants are fulfilled.
13.3. Participation in the Promotion constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
13.4. The Organizer reserves the right to final interpretation of these Terms.
13.5. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
