These Promotion Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the promotional campaign “Summer Camp” (the “Promotion”) conducted by Travelpayouts. Under the Promotion, eligible Travelpayouts partners who enable Drive or at least one previously disabled Drive functionality during the Promotion Period may receive an enhanced GetYourGuide commission rate for eligible GetYourGuide bookings.

These Terms are prepared in accordance with applicable law, the Travelpayouts Partnership Agreement, and the Privacy & Cookies Policy. The Organizer may amend these Terms at any time and, where practicable, will notify participants of material changes through its official channels.

1. ORGANIZER AND GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. The Organizer of the Promotion is Go Travel Un Limited, registered in Hong Kong under number 1658681, legal address: 31/F, Tower Two, Times Square, 1 Matheson Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. The company operates under the trademark Travelpayouts (hereinafter — “Travelpayouts/Organizer”).

1.2. The Promotion is conducted through the Organizer’s official channels, including the Travelpayouts dashboard, Drive section, Promotion landing pages, Travelpayouts blog, Travelpayouts social media accounts, email communications, dashboard banners, pop-up banners, and other official communications.

1.3. The Promotion is intended for selected existing Travelpayouts partners who receive Travelpayouts communications in English and/or have English selected as their dashboard language, have website-based projects, and have Drive disabled or not fully enabled on at least one project.

1.4. The Promotion may also be available to selected leads, previous campaign participants, and Travelpayouts social media subscribers who are eligible to start working with GetYourGuide and Drive, as determined by the Organizer based on campaign criteria.

1.5. Participation is voluntary and free of charge. By participating in the Promotion, a participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Terms.

1.6. The Promotion is not a lottery or gambling activity. No purchase is required to participate or win.

1.7. Definitions:

2. PROMOTION TIMELINE

2.1. Promotion Period: August 10, 2026, 00:00 — August 24, 2026, 23:59 (GMT+1).

2.2. Drive / functionality activation deadline: participants must enable Drive or at least one previously disabled Drive functionality by August 24, 2026, 23:59 (GMT+1).

2.3. Enhanced rate application date: the Organizer expects to apply the Enhanced GetYourGuide Rate on or around August 26, 2026, subject to technical processing and eligibility checks.

2.4. Enhanced rate validity period: the Enhanced GetYourGuide Rate applies to eligible GetYourGuide bookings made from the participant’s Activation Date through September 30, 2026 inclusive, subject to these Terms.

2.5. The Organizer may adjust Promotion dates for operational reasons by notifying participants via official channels.

3. ELIGIBILITY

3.1. The Promotion is open to selected users and Travelpayouts partners who:

1. receive a Promotion communication from the Organizer or access the Promotion through an official channel;
2. meet the applicable campaign criteria determined by the Organizer, including language, account status, website/project type, Drive activation status, GetYourGuide availability, and other relevant technical or business parameters;
3. complete the applicable activation requirement under Section 4; and
4. comply with these Terms, the Travelpayouts Partnership Agreement, GetYourGuide program terms, and applicable Travelpayouts policies.

3.2. The Organizer may make the Promotion available to different audience groups and may show different messages or calls to action depending on the partner’s Drive status, project status, account status, language, geography, and other campaign criteria.

3.3. The Organizer determines eligibility based on Travelpayouts account data, dashboard data, project data, Drive activation status, GetYourGuide booking data, attribution data, internal technical logs, and other relevant records.

3.4. The Organizer may disqualify a participant who violates these Terms, submits false information, uses prohibited methods, attempts to manipulate eligibility, tracking, or booking attribution, engages in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or violates the Travelpayouts Partnership Agreement, GetYourGuide program terms, or applicable policies.

4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

4.1. To participate in the Promotion and become eligible for the Enhanced GetYourGuide Rate, a participant must, during the Promotion Period:

1. enable Drive, if Drive was not enabled on the relevant project; or
2. enable at least one previously disabled Drive functionality on the relevant project.

4.2. Participants who complete the activation requirement may receive an automated confirmation email informing them that Drive is active and that the Enhanced GetYourGuide Rate is expected to be applied on or around August 26, 2026.

4.3. For eligible participants, eligible GetYourGuide bookings made from the participant’s Activation Date through September 30, 2026 inclusive may be counted under the Enhanced GetYourGuide Rate, even if the enhanced rate is technically applied after the Activation Date.

4.4. If Drive is fully enabled on one project but disabled or only partially enabled on another project, the Organizer may invite the participant to enable Drive or additional Drive functionalities on the relevant project.

4.5. The Organizer determines whether Drive or any Drive functionality has been enabled based on Travelpayouts dashboard data and internal technical logs.

5. ENHANCED GETYOURGUIDE RATE

5.1. Eligible participants who complete the activation requirement under Section 4 may receive the Enhanced GetYourGuide Rate for eligible GetYourGuide bookings made from their Activation Date through September 30, 2026 inclusive.

5.2. The Enhanced GetYourGuide Rate is as follows:

1. eligible GetYourGuide bookings generated through Targeted Offers only: from 4% to 5%;
2. eligible GetYourGuide bookings generated through standard Travelpayouts affiliate tools, including links and widgets, and/or through eligible Drive functionalities other than Targeted Offers: from 8% to 10%.

5.3. For clarity, Targeted Offers is a separate Drive functionality with a different commission structure. Therefore, eligible GetYourGuide bookings generated through Targeted Offers are subject to the enhanced Targeted Offers rate specified in Section 5.2(a), and not to the general enhanced rate specified in Section 5.2(b).

5.4. The Enhanced GetYourGuide Rate applies only to eligible GetYourGuide bookings tracked and attributed in accordance with Travelpayouts tracking rules, the Travelpayouts Partnership Agreement, GetYourGuide program terms, dashboard data, attribution data, and internal technical logs.

5.5. The Enhanced GetYourGuide Rate may not apply to bookings that are cancelled, rejected, fraudulent, non-commissionable, incorrectly tracked, or otherwise ineligible under Travelpayouts and/or GetYourGuide terms.

5.6. The Enhanced GetYourGuide Rate is temporary and applies only within the period specified in these Terms. After September 30, 2026, the applicable standard GetYourGuide rates may apply, unless otherwise communicated by the Organizer.

6. COMMUNICATIONS

6.1. The Organizer may send participants administrative and service communications related to the Promotion, including information about Drive activation, Drive functionality activation, Enhanced GetYourGuide Rate eligibility, activation confirmation, reminders, and related Promotion updates.

6.2. Such communications are sent for the purpose of administering the Promotion, explaining eligibility requirements, and providing information about the benefits described in these Terms.

6.3. The Organizer may also send marketing communications where permitted by applicable law and/or the participant’s communication preferences.

6.4. Participants are responsible for keeping their account contact details accurate and ensuring the ability to receive communications, including checking spam filters and inbox capacity.

7. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

7.1. The Organizer processes personal data necessary to administer the Promotion, including account identifiers, contact details, website/project information, language/segment data, Drive activation status, Drive functionality status, GetYourGuide booking data, attribution data, Enhanced GetYourGuide Rate status, and related communications, in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy. 

7.2.  Participants may exercise applicable data protection rights by contacting support@travelpayouts.com. The Organizer may request information to verify the requester’s identity.

8. LIABILITY AND LIMITATIONS

8.1.  The Organizer is not liable for tracking disruptions, attribution issues, dashboard issues, third-party outages, email delivery failures, GetYourGuide program changes, participant-side technical issues, or delays outside the Organizer’s reasonable control.

8.2. The Organizer does not guarantee that enabling Drive or any Drive functionality will lead to specific results, revenue, conversion rates, booking volumes, or traffic growth.

8.3. The Organizer does not guarantee that any participant will receive any particular amount of commission, except to the extent an eligible booking qualifies for the Enhanced GetYourGuide Rate under these Terms.

8.4. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer’s liability in connection with the Promotion is limited to the value of the relevant promotional benefit that would have been applicable to the relevant eligible booking.

9. TAXATION AND COMPLIANCE

9.1. Promotional benefits and increased commission payments may be subject to taxation under the laws of the participant’s country of tax residence. Participants are solely responsible for their tax obligations.

9.2. If necessary, the Organizer may request documents from a participant required to comply with tax requirements, sanctions compliance, anti-money laundering requirements, KYC/AML checks, or other applicable compliance requirements.

10. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION

10.1. The Organizer may modify these Terms or terminate the Promotion early in case of force majeure, technical issues, fraud, abuse, tracking problems, GetYourGuide program changes, or changes in policies/law that make the Promotion impossible or impractical.

10.2. Where feasible, the Organizer will provide notice via official channels.

11.2. These Terms come into effect upon publication and remain valid until the Promotion ends and all Organizer obligations to participants are fulfilled.

11.3. Participation in the Promotion constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

11.4. The Organizer reserves the right to final interpretation of these Terms.

11.5. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
