comply with these Rules and applicable platform terms.
3.2. The Organizer may disqualify a participant who violates these Rules, submits false information, infringes third-party rights, uses prohibited methods (including bots or automation), or otherwise engages in abusive conduct.
3.3. Unless expressly stated otherwise, each participant may participate in the Contest only once and submit only one entry. Any duplicate or additional entries may be treated as invalid at the Organizer’s discretion.

4.3. The Organizer may repost eligible entries to the Contest Account’s Stories. A repost does not mean that the entry has been selected as a finalist or winner. The Organizer is not required to repost every eligible entry.
4.4. Incomplete, late, inaccessible, or non-compliant entries are invalid.
5. CONTENT REQUIREMENTS AND RIGHTS
5.1. A participant may submit only a photo taken by the participant and must own all rights necessary to submit, publish, and permit its use in accordance with these Rules, without infringing any third-party rights, including copyright, privacy, and trademark rights.
5.2. Submissions must not contain unlawful, offensive, hateful, explicit, or otherwise prohibited content and must comply with applicable law and platform rules.
5.3. By entering the Contest, the participant grants the Organizer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, repost, display, and otherwise publish the submitted photo and the participant’s public username solely for Contest administration, showcasing entries, announcing winners, and related Contest communications.
6. PRIZES
6.1. Three winners will each receive a prize of USD 100 credited to the winner’s Travelpayouts account balance (in the dashboard). The total prize pool is USD 300.
6.2. Prize delivery method. Prizes are delivered as an equivalent-value credit to the winner’s Travelpayouts account balance (in the dashboard) within a reasonable time after winner confirmation and compliance checks.
6.3. Prizes are personal and non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside the Travelpayouts platform, except as required by applicable law.
7. WINNER SELECTION AND ANNOUNCEMENT
7.1. After the entry period, the Organizer will select the best eligible photos and publish them in a final post and a series of Stories for public voting. Each finalist will be assigned a number identifying the finalist in the final post and voting Stories.
7.2. The three finalists receiving the highest combined number of valid Story reactions and votes under the final post will be declared the winners. Automated, purchased, duplicate, or otherwise manipulated votes will not be counted. In the event of a tie, the Organizer will select the winner based on originality, visual quality, and relevance to the Contest theme.
7.3. To cast a vote under the final post, an Instagram user must leave a comment containing the number assigned to the selected finalist. Each Instagram account may cast only one vote under the final post. If an account submits more than one voting comment, only its first valid comment will be counted. Edited, deleted, late, or ambiguous comments will not be counted.
7.4. A like or any other reaction to a voting Story, including an emoji reaction, constitutes a vote for the finalist featured in that Story. Each Instagram account may cast only one vote through Stories. If an account likes or reacts to more than one voting Story, only its first valid Story vote will be counted.
7.5. An Instagram user may cast one vote through Stories and one separate vote under the final post. The two votes may be cast for the same finalist or for different finalists.
7.6. The three finalists receiving the highest combined number of valid votes through Stories and under the final post will be declared the winners. Votes exceeding the limits established by these Rules, as well as automated, purchased, or otherwise manipulated votes, will not be counted. In the event of a tie affecting a winning position, the Organizer will determine the winner based on originality, visual quality, and relevance to the Contest theme.
7.7. On September 23, 2026, the Organizer will announce the three winners.
7.8. Winner announcement. Winners may be announced by:
updating the Contest post description;

8. WINNER INFORMATION AND CONSENT
8.1. To receive the prize, each potential winner must respond to the Organizer’s message and provide the information reasonably required to verify eligibility and credit the prize. Where required, the winner must also provide the information and documents specified in Section 12.2.
8.2. Before receiving the prize, each potential winner must expressly confirm, through Instagram DM or another method specified by the Organizer, consent to the processing of the information provided for the purposes of verifying eligibility, delivering the prize, complying with applicable legal requirements, preventing fraud, and resolving related claims.
8.3. The winner’s information will not be used for direct marketing unless the winner separately and voluntarily consents to such use.
