I hereby represent and confirm that I, the organization I represent, and its beneficial owners and controlling persons are not involved in, and do not facilitate, terrorism, the commission of war crimes, or any other violations of international humanitarian law. I further represent and confirm that I will not use any payments, services, or other resources provided by Travelpayouts for any such purpose.
I further represent and confirm that I am not a resident of the Russian Federation within the meaning of Clause 6 of Part 1 of Article 1 of Federal Law No. 173-FZ dated 10 December 2003 “On Foreign Exchange Regulation and Foreign Exchange Control.” In particular, I am neither a citizen of the Russian Federation nor a foreign national or stateless person permanently residing in the Russian Federation on the basis of a residence permit.
If I act as an individual entrepreneur, this representation regarding my non-resident status shall also apply to my activities in that capacity. If I act on behalf of a legal entity, I further represent and confirm that such legal entity is not a resident of the Russian Federation within the meaning of subclause (c) of Clause 6 of Part 1 of Article 1 of the aforementioned Federal Law.
I represent and confirm that I comply with all legal and regulatory requirements and restrictions applicable to my activities and my relationship with Travelpayouts, including applicable requirements and restrictions under the laws and regulations of the European Union, the United States of America, and the United Kingdom. I will not use any services, payments, or other resources provided by Travelpayouts to carry out any prohibited transaction, unlawfully organize the circulation of digital currencies, or circumvent any applicable restriction.
I undertake to notify Travelpayouts immediately if any of the foregoing representations ceases to be complete or accurate.
