These Promotion Terms and Contest Rules (the “Rules”) govern the promotional contest “Halloween: Trick or Treat Hunt” (the “Contest”) conducted by Travelpayouts through its official Instagram account @travelpayouts. Under the Contest, participants may search for hidden Halloween-themed items and enter separate prize draws for a chance to win one of three prizes of USD 100 each.

These Rules are prepared in accordance with applicable law, the Travelpayouts Partnership Agreement, and the Privacy & Cookies Policy. The Organizer may amend these Rules and, where practicable, will notify participants of material changes through its official channels.

1. ORGANIZER AND GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. The Organizer of the Contest is Go Travel Un Limited, registered in Hong Kong under number 1658681, legal address: 31/F, Tower Two, Times Square, 1 Matheson Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. The company operates under the trademark Travelpayouts (hereinafter — the “Organizer”).

1.2. The Contest is conducted exclusively through the Organizer's official Instagram account @travelpayouts, including posts, Reels, Stories, Highlights, comments, and direct messages (“DMs”).

1.3. Participation is voluntary and free of charge. By participating in the Contest, a participant fully and unconditionally accepts these Rules.

1.4. The Contest is not a lottery or gambling activity. No purchase is required to participate or win.

1.5. The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By participating in the Contest, each participant fully releases Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any responsibility or liability arising out of or related to the Contest, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

1.6. Definitions:

2. CONTEST TIMELINE

2.1. Contest Period: October 29, 2026, 00:00 UTC — November 1, 2026, 23:59 UTC.

2.2. Entry deadline: participants must find and validly report the applicable Treats by November 1, 2026, 23:59 UTC.

2.3. Winner selection and announcement: November 2, 2026, subject to eligibility verification.

2.4. The Organizer may adjust the Contest dates where reasonably necessary due to technical issues, force majeure, fraud, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Where practicable, participants will be notified through the Organizer's official Instagram account.

3. ELIGIBILITY

3.1. The Contest is open to individuals who:

1. are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in their country of residence, whichever is higher;

2. have a valid Instagram account allowing the Organizer to identify and contact them;

3. complete the participation requirements described in Section 4; and

4. comply with these Rules and applicable Instagram policies.

3.2. Participants do not need to have an existing Travelpayouts account to enter the Contest. However, winners must have or register a Travelpayouts account to receive their Prize.

3.3. Each participant may enter each Prize Draw only once, regardless of how many times the same Treat is found or reported.

3.4. The Organizer may disqualify participants who submit false information, create multiple accounts to increase their chances of winning, use bots or prohibited automation, attempt to manipulate the Contest, or otherwise engage in fraudulent, misleading, or abusive conduct.

3.5. The Organizer may request information reasonably necessary to verify a participant's identity, eligibility, and compliance with these Rules.

4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

4.1. To participate in the Contest, a user must visit the official Instagram account @travelpayouts and search for Hidden Items placed within the account's content.

4.2. The Organizer has hidden eight items: 3 (three) Treats and 5 (five) Tricks.

4.3. When a participant finds a Hidden Item, the participant must report the discovery using the interaction method available for the relevant Instagram content:

1. by posting a comment under the relevant Reel or carousel post; or

2. by replying to the relevant Instagram Story, where applicable.

4.4. Participants must follow the instructions provided in the Contest Post and/or the relevant Instagram content to ensure that their discovery is properly recorded.

4.5. After a participant reports a Hidden Item, the Organizer may send an automated DM through its messaging service confirming whether the item is a Treat or a Trick.

4.6. If the participant finds a Treat and follows the applicable participation instructions, the participant is included in the corresponding Prize Draw, subject to verification.

4.7. If the participant finds a Trick, the participant does not receive a Prize Draw entry for that item but may continue searching for Treats.

4.8. Each Treat corresponds to a separate Prize Draw. A participant who finds more than one Treat may be included in multiple Prize Draws.

4.9. Participants are not required to find all three Treats or any Tricks to enter a Prize Draw. Finding at least one Treat and validly reporting it is sufficient to enter the corresponding draw.

4.10. The Organizer determines valid entries based on Instagram interaction data, automated message records, timestamps, and other available technical records.

5. OPTIONAL HINTS

5.1. Participants may receive optional hints to help locate certain Treats.

5.2. To receive the hints, a participant may share the official Contest Post to their Instagram Story and mention @travelpayouts, as instructed by the Organizer.

5.3. Upon successful recognition of the Story mention, the Organizer may send:

a) the first hint shortly after the mention is recorded; and

b) the second hint approximately 23 hours later.

5.4. Hints may provide information about the locations of the first and second Treats. Participants must find the third Treat without an additional scheduled hint.

5.5. Sharing the Contest Post is entirely optional and does not constitute a condition for entering or winning any Prize Draw.

5.6. Each participant may receive only one set of hints. Repeated Story mentions do not entitle the participant to additional hints or additional Prize Draw entries.

5.7. Hint delivery is subject to Instagram functionality, account privacy settings, automated messaging availability, and other technical limitations. Failure to receive a hint does not affect the participant's ability to participate in the Contest.

6. PRIZE FUND AND PRIZE DRAWS

6.1. Total prize fund: USD 300.

6.2. The Contest includes 3 (three) separate Prize Draws, each corresponding to one Treat.

6.3. Each Prize Draw has one winner, who receives USD 100 credited to their Travelpayouts account balance.

6.4. Participants who validly find the first Treat are included in the first Prize Draw; participants who find the second Treat are included in the second Prize Draw; and participants who find the third Treat are included in the third Prize Draw.

6.5. Each participant receives one entry for each Treat they validly find. Repeated comments, messages, or other interactions relating to the same Treat do not increase the participant's chances of winning.

6.6. A participant may win more than one Prize if selected as a winner in more than one Prize Draw.

6.7. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside the Travelpayouts platform, except as required by applicable law.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND ANNOUNCEMENT

7.1. Winners will be selected randomly among eligible participants in each applicable Prize Draw using a randomizer or random number generator.

7.2. The Organizer will conduct three separate random draws, with one winner selected for each Treat.

7.3. Winners will be selected on November 2, 2026, subject to verification of valid entries and compliance with these Rules.

7.4. The Organizer will announce the results by updating the official Contest Post on Instagram and will contact each winner separately via Instagram DM.

7.5. Winners must respond to the Organizer's DM within 7 (seven) calendar days after notification and provide the information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and arrange Prize delivery.

7.6. If a winner fails to respond within the specified period, cannot be contacted, fails to provide the required information, or is found ineligible, the Organizer may select an alternate winner randomly from the remaining eligible participants in the relevant Prize Draw.

7.7. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their Instagram account settings allow them to receive messages from the Organizer and for checking their message requests.

8. PRIZE DELIVERY

8.1. Each Prize will be credited to the winner's Travelpayouts account balance after the Organizer completes the required eligibility and account verification checks.

8.2. If a winner already has a Travelpayouts account, the Prize will be credited to that account.

8.3. If a winner does not have a Travelpayouts account, the winner must register an account through the official Travelpayouts registration process and provide the necessary account information to the Organizer.

8.4. The winner must complete any required Travelpayouts registration and account verification procedures within the timeframe communicated by the Organizer. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the Prize and selection of an alternate winner.

8.5. The Organizer expects to begin crediting Prizes on November 2, 2026, following winner verification. Where additional account registration, eligibility checks, or technical processing is required, the Prize may be credited later within a reasonable period.

8.6. Prizes credited to Travelpayouts account balances are subject to applicable Travelpayouts account, withdrawal, payment, and compliance terms.

9. INSTAGRAM AND AUTOMATED COMMUNICATIONS

9.1. The Organizer may use automated messaging tools, including third-party services such as Manychat, to process participant interactions and deliver Contest-related DMs.

9.2. Automated messages may include confirmation of Hidden Item discoveries, Treat or Trick notifications, optional hints, participation instructions, and other Contest-related information.

9.3. An automated confirmation that a Treat has been found confirms the participant's provisional inclusion in the corresponding Prize Draw, subject to verification under these Rules. It does not constitute a guarantee of winning.

9.4. The Organizer may send administrative and service communications necessary to administer the Contest, verify participation, notify winners, and arrange Prize delivery.

9.5. Any unrelated marketing communications will be sent only where permitted by applicable law and the participant's communication preferences.

10. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

10.1. The Organizer processes personal data necessary to administer the Contest, including Instagram usernames, participation records, comments, Story interactions, DM communications, Treat discovery records, Prize Draw status, winner contact information, and Travelpayouts account information where applicable, in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy.

10.2. The Organizer may use third-party service providers, including automated messaging services, to administer the Contest and process related communications in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.

10.3. Participants may exercise applicable data protection rights by contacting support@travelpayouts.com. The Organizer may request information reasonably necessary to verify the requester's identity.

10.4. The Organizer may publish winners' Instagram usernames in the Contest results announcement, subject to applicable data protection requirements and any consent or other lawful basis required for such publication.

11. LIABILITY AND LIMITATIONS

11.1. The Organizer is not responsible for Instagram outages, account restrictions, missing comments, undelivered DMs, Story visibility limitations, third-party messaging failures, technical disruptions, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11.2. The Organizer does not guarantee that any participant will find a Treat or win a Prize.

11.3. The Organizer reserves the right to verify participation and reject entries generated through prohibited automation, duplicate accounts, fraudulent behavior, or other violations of these Rules.

11.4. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer's liability in connection with the Contest is limited to the value of the relevant Prize.

12. TAXATION AND COMPLIANCE

12.1. Prizes may be subject to taxation under the laws of the winner's country of tax residence. Winners are responsible for their tax obligations, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

12.2. The Organizer may request documents or information reasonably necessary to comply with applicable tax, identity verification, sanctions, or other legal and compliance requirements.

13. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION

13.1. The Organizer may modify these Rules or terminate the Contest early in the event of force majeure, significant technical issues, fraud, abuse, Instagram platform restrictions, or changes in applicable laws or policies that make the Contest impossible or impractical to conduct.

13.2. Where practicable, the Organizer will notify participants of material changes through its official Instagram account.

13.3. Any changes will be made in accordance with applicable law and will not unfairly deprive participants of validly earned entries.

14.2. These Rules come into effect upon publication and remain valid until the Contest ends and all Organizer obligations to winners are fulfilled.

14.3. Participation in the Contest constitutes acceptance of these Rules.

14.4. The Organizer will administer and interpret these Rules in good faith, consistently with their stated terms and applicable law.

14.5. If any provision of these Rules is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
