These Promotion Terms and Reward Rules (the “Rules”) govern the promotional campaign “11.11 New Partner Rewards” (the “Promotion”) conducted by Travelpayouts for eligible new partners in Thailand.

Under the Promotion, new Travelpayouts partners who complete both required actions — registering a Travelpayouts account and enabling Drive — during the Promotion Period will be placed in a sequence based on when they complete both actions.

Rewards of US$500 each will be awarded to eligible participants occupying the following predetermined positions in that sequence: 1, 5, 15, 24, and 36.

No random draw or random winner selection is conducted under this Promotion.

These Rules are governed by applicable law, the Travelpayouts Partnership Agreement, the Privacy & Cookies Policy, and applicable Travelpayouts policies.

1. ORGANIZER AND GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. The Organizer is Go Travel Un Limited, registered in Hong Kong under company number 1658681, with its registered address at 31/F, Tower Two, Times Square, 1 Matheson Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, operating under the Travelpayouts trademark (the “Organizer”).

1.2. The Promotion is conducted through the Organizer's official channels, including the Promotion landing page, Travelpayouts registration pages, Travelpayouts dashboard, and email communications.

1.3. The Promotion is intended exclusively for eligible new Travelpayouts partners located in Thailand.

1.4. Participation is voluntary and free of charge. No purchase or payment is required to participate or receive a Reward.

1.5. Participation constitutes acceptance of these Rules.

2. PROMOTION TIMELINE

2.1. Promotion Period: November 5, 2026, 00:00 — November 19, 2026, 23:59, Indochina Time (UTC+7).

2.2. Both Required Actions must be completed within the Promotion Period.

2.3. The Organizer will determine the final Qualifying Sequence after the Promotion Period ends, following verification of registration and Drive activation records.

2.4. Reward recipients are expected to be identified and notified on or around November 20, 2026, subject to eligibility verification and technical processing.

2.5. Rewards will be credited following confirmation of eligible recipients and completion of any necessary compliance checks.

2.6. The Organizer may adjust dates where reasonably necessary due to force majeure, technical issues, or applicable legal requirements, subject to appropriate notification.

3. ELIGIBILITY

3.1. The Promotion is open to individuals who:

1. are at least 18 years old or have reached the applicable age of majority;

2. are located in Thailand and satisfy the Organizer's applicable geographic eligibility requirements;

3. register a new Travelpayouts partner account during the Promotion Period;

4. enable Drive during the Promotion Period;

5. comply with these Rules, the Travelpayouts Partnership Agreement, and applicable policies.

3.2. Existing Partners are not eligible for Rewards under this Promotion.

3.3. Existing Partners who enable Drive, re-enable Drive, or activate additional Drive functionalities during the Promotion Period do not thereby qualify for a Reward Position.

3.4. Leaving an email address on the Promotion landing page, submitting a lead form, or starting but not completing registration does not qualify as completing the Required Actions.

3.5. Registration alone does not secure a Reward Position. Both registration and Drive activation must be completed.

3.6. Each individual may participate only once. Duplicate accounts, artificial registrations, fraudulent activation events, or attempts to manipulate timestamps or the Qualifying Sequence may result in disqualification.

4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

4.1. To participate, an eligible new user must complete the following actions during the Promotion Period:

4.2. Both steps must be completed successfully for the participant to enter the Qualifying Sequence.

4.3. The order in which the Required Actions are completed does not affect eligibility, provided both are completed during the Promotion Period and any applicable platform requirements are satisfied.

4.4. A participant's position is determined by their Completion Time, not solely by the time of registration.

4.5. For example, if a participant registers first but completes Drive activation after ten other eligible participants have already completed both Required Actions, that participant will occupy position 11 in the Qualifying Sequence.

4.6. Enabling additional Drive functionalities, including Targeted Offers or other components, does not create additional entries, Reward Positions, or Rewards.

4.7. Participation does not guarantee a Reward. Only eligible participants occupying the predetermined Reward Positions specified in Section 6 may receive Rewards.

5. DETERMINATION OF THE QUALIFYING SEQUENCE

5.1. The Organizer will compile a chronological sequence of all eligible New Partners who successfully complete both Required Actions during the Promotion Period.

5.2. Participants will be ordered by Completion Time, from earliest to latest, based on Travelpayouts system records.

5.3. If the registration and Drive activation events occur at different times, the later event determines Completion Time.

5.4. Where two or more participants have an identical Completion Time at the available timestamp precision, the Organizer will determine their order by:

1. the timestamp of the earlier Required Action; and, if still identical,

2. the ascending numerical or alphabetical order of their unique Travelpayouts account identifiers.

5.5. The tie-breaking criteria in Section 5.4 are fixed in advance and do not involve any random selection.

5.6. The Organizer may exclude invalid or ineligible registrations or activation records before finalizing the Qualifying Sequence.

5.7. All remaining eligible participants will be assigned consecutive positions beginning with position 1.

5.8. The Qualifying Sequence and Reward Positions will be determined only after the Promotion Period ends and the relevant records have been verified.

5.9. The Organizer does not provide real-time rankings, position tracking, or guarantees that any position displayed or estimated during the Promotion Period is final.

6. REWARD POSITIONS AND REWARD FUND

6.1. Total maximum Reward fund: US$2,500.

6.2. The following positions in the final Qualifying Sequence are entitled to one Reward of US$500 each:

6.3. Each eligible participant occupying one of the Reward Positions will receive the corresponding Reward, subject to verification.

6.4. The Reward Positions are established in advance and will not be modified based on participant activity or the final number of qualifying participants.

6.5. No random draw, randomizer, lottery, or random selection process will be used to determine Reward recipients.

6.6. If the total number of eligible participants is insufficient to reach a particular Reward Position, the corresponding Reward will not be awarded or redistributed.

6.7. For example, if only 20 eligible participants complete both Required Actions, only positions 1, 5, and 15 will receive Rewards. The Rewards assigned to positions 24 and 36 will not be awarded.

6.8. Each participant may receive no more than one Reward under the Promotion.

6.9. Rewards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside the Travelpayouts platform, except as required by applicable law.

7. VERIFICATION AND ANNOUNCEMENT

7.1. Following the Promotion Period, the Organizer will verify:

1. new account registration dates and times;

2. Drive activation dates and times; 

3. geographic eligibility;

4. participant compliance with these Rules;

5. the resulting chronological sequence.

7.2. The Organizer will determine the final Qualifying Sequence from verified Travelpayouts system records.

7.3. The Organizer intends to document the verification and sequencing process by screencast or other internal records.

7.4. The Organizer may publish a screencast or a summary of the verification process, subject to applicable privacy, confidentiality, and technical limitations.

7.5. Reward recipients are expected to be announced on or around November 20, 2026, subject to verification and operational processing.

7.6. Each Reward recipient will be notified through the email address associated with their Travelpayouts account or another official communication channel.

7.7. If a provisionally identified recipient is found ineligible, the Organizer will correct the Qualifying Sequence based on valid participants and determine whether any of the predefined Reward Positions are occupied by other eligible participants.

7.8. The Organizer will not use random selection, discretionary substitution, or new Reward Positions to replace an ineligible recipient.

8. REWARD DELIVERY

8.1. Each Reward will be credited to the qualifying recipient's Travelpayouts account balance following completion of eligibility and compliance checks.

8.2. Rewards will be credited within a reasonable period after confirmation of the final Qualifying Sequence and recipients.

8.3. The Organizer may request information reasonably necessary to verify recipients and process Reward payments.

8.4. Travelpayouts account balances and withdrawals remain subject to the Travelpayouts Partnership Agreement, applicable payment procedures, and compliance requirements.

9. PARTICIPATING BRAND OFFERS

9.1. The Promotion landing page may display promotional offers from Participating Brands, including boosted commission rates and promotional codes.

9.2. Such offers are separate from the Reward mechanism and are subject to the relevant advertiser's terms, eligibility criteria, and validity periods.

9.3. Use of a Participating Brand's offer is not an additional requirement for obtaining a Reward Position unless expressly and lawfully specified in these Rules.

9.4. The Organizer does not guarantee that participation in the Promotion or use of any advertiser offer will result in specific bookings, earnings, or other business results.

10. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

10.1. The Organizer may process data necessary to administer the Promotion, including account identifiers, registration timestamps, Drive activation timestamps, geographic eligibility information, project data, eligibility verification results, Qualifying Sequence positions, and Reward payment details.

10.2. Data will be processed in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements..

10.3. Participants may contact support@travelpayouts.com regarding applicable data protection rights.

10.4. The Organizer may publish limited or masked information about Reward recipients where permitted by applicable law.

11. LIABILITY AND COMPLIANCE

11.1. The Organizer may reject fraudulent registrations, duplicate accounts, manipulated technical events, or other invalid activity.

11.2. The Organizer is not liable for technical failures beyond its reasonable control, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11.3. Participants are responsible for applicable tax obligations relating to Rewards, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

11.4. The Organizer may request documents reasonably required for identity verification, tax, sanctions, or other applicable compliance checks.

11.5. The Organizer does not guarantee any Reward to participants who do not occupy the specified Reward Positions.

12. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION

12.1. The Organizer may amend these Rules or suspend or terminate the Promotion where reasonably necessary due to legal requirements, force majeure, significant technical issues, fraud, or circumstances making the Promotion impossible or impracticable.

12.2. The predetermined Reward Positions will not be changed retrospectively based on participant results.

12.3. Material changes will be communicated through official channels where practicable and in accordance with applicable law.

13.2. These Rules take effect upon publication and remain valid until the Organizer has fulfilled its obligations to eligible Reward recipients.

13.3. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Rules.

13.4. The Organizer will administer and interpret these Rules in good faith, consistently with their stated terms and applicable law.

13.5. If any provision of these Rules is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
