Setting up a White Label with Page type

Once you've set up White Label on your hosting website, the next step is creating and setting it up in your account on the Travelpayouts platform.

To create and set up White Label:

1. Open your Travelpayouts account.

2. Open the White Label section and select WL Web. At the top of the screen, you'll see the expiration date of your subscription.

If you don’t have a subscription yet

If you haven’t subscribed yet, click the Subscription options button to choose a plan and make a purchase.

Check out the What is White Label Web from Travelpayouts, to learn more about the solutions and the difference between types.

3. Click Create new.

4. Select Webpage.

If you want to use the Widget, you can find detailed setup instructions here.
More information on how to choose the right White Label type is available in the article Travelpayouts White Label Web Setup Guide.

5. A new page will open with several sections for setting up your White Label:

Let’s go through each tab one by one.

Website domain

Start creating and setting up your White Label from this section.

  1. In the Your website domain field, enter the URL for your site without http and click Next.
  • For a subdomain White Label, you should use a name like: avia.YourSiteName.com
  • For a primary domain, you should use a name like: www.YourSiteName.com
Note! Don't forget to add www. when using your primary domain; otherwise, your White Label may not open/function properly.
Remember that domain Names (including subdomains) may only contain letters a-z, numbers 0-9, hyphens (which may not be used consecutively or be the first or last character).
  1. A Project for your website will be created automatically. Set the main language and currency (you’ll be able to add more languages and currencies later).
  2. Click Save and continue.

Content

In this tab, you can customize the search form that will appear on your White Label, as well as select additional languages and currencies.

  • Additional languages — choose the languages you want to show on the search page and in the results. They will appear in the dropdown menu above the search form.
  • Additional currencies — choose which currencies users can select in the search form and results. These currencies will also appear in the dropdown menu above the search form.
  • Pre-filled destination set default departure and arrival cities that will automatically appear in the flight search form.
  • Show your Travelpayouts referral link — add a referral link below the search form. Anyone who signs up for Travelpayouts with this link will become your referral. You’ll earn 7% of each referral’s income for two years.

Click Save and continue to save changes.

Design

In this tab, you can change the font, element border radius, and the color scheme of your White Label page.

You can customize the following colors by entering values in HEX format:

  • Page background
  • Ticker cards background
  • Button background
  • Links
  • Icons in the search form
  • Search form background
  • Main text
  • Button text
  • Headline text

Note: You can only choose fonts available in the dropdown list.

To change the background of the top section of the site (where the search form is located), see the article How to set an image as the background on your White Label.

Custom HTML code

In this section, you can customize styles, add blocks, widgets, and meta tags, and edit the header, footer, and main block of your White Label homepage. You can also upload your logo and change the site name and description.

Note: These settings apply to the main White Label page with the search form. To customize the appearance of the search results page, go to the Design tab.

You can select multiple languages and customize all White Label settings for each one. Note: By default, your White Label works in all available languages. When you add additional localizations here, you unlock the ability to customize the appearance of each page for a specific language — just don’t forget to translate the texts accordingly.

The block with the Weedle class controls the popular destinations widget. To learn how to customize it, check out this article: How to change popular destinations widget on your White Label page
