Learn the steps you need to follow if you can’t sign in to the Travelpayouts personal account.
The first thing to do, if this is not possible to log in to Travelpayouts user account, is to restore your password. In the pop-up window enter the email address that was used when signing up with the Travelpayouts.
You will receive an email to restore your password almost immediately. If there is no email for more than 10 minutes, check your Spam folder. If the email is not even in the Spam folder, write to the support service, indicating your affiliate marker in the email.
If your email address has changed and you don’t have access to your old email address, contact support service for help.
