Travelpayouts is an affiliate network located at https://travelpayouts.com which is owned by Go Travel Un Limited, a Hong Kong corporation registered under the number 1658681 with a legal address at 4007 Central Plaza, 18 Harbour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong (hereinafter – Travelpayouts, we, us or our). We offer you opportunity to use our program product  which is the present Chrome extension (hereinafter – extension). This extension is offered to you as an authorized affiliate network partner to optimize your interactions with affiliate network tools. 

The extension and this policy do not apply to any other data subject and can be solely applied to affiliate network partners. In any case, as an affiliate partner your data is processed according to Travelpayouts privacy and cookie policies according to terms of affiliate network and respective affiliate agreement applicable to you. By this Policy we explain in a bit more detail just how we process your data when installing or using extension to generate affiliate links and if applicable other network tools. 

We reserve the right to change this Policy if we make changes to our processing procedure or need to take newly-enacted personal data protection legislation into account. We’ll notify you within the affiliate network in case of significant changes that may affect your interests, rights, and status. In spite of everything, we do all our best to ensure that the processing of your personal data is always legitimate, fair and secure. 

WHAT DATA WE PROCESS

We do not ask you to provide any personal data when installing or using Travelpayouts extension in any web-form or webpage. We may automatically collect: 

• technical data about your login in Travelpayouts before installation of extension. This help us determine you as an authorized affiliate network partner. We do this only to make sure you can install and use this extension. Also, by this way we understand when users are not registered or authorized affiliate network partners and not permitted to interact with extension yet.
• analytical data on extension usage received via Google Analytics services. Google Analytics is one of the most popular technical solutions that allow us to collect analytical data about the use of extension using cookie files or similar technologies. You can learn how user data is processed for products, equipped with Google Analytics, in Google’s guidelines and special description. 

We do not process any data processed by web services providers and any other third parties that allow you to connect and install extension. For example, the extension can be downloaded through Chrome Web Store, and we do not collect information necessary to download extension unless otherwise directly specified in this policy. 

GROUNDS FOR DATA PROCESSING AND PURPOSES

We process your data to if there are legal grounds to do so. Your data is processed based on (1) your interest (2) our legitimate interests. 

Purposes of processing: 

• to provide you with the relevant service according to applicable affiliate network agreement and or functionality of the extension.
• to maintain and evaluate the extension's functionality and carry out statistical analysis based on our legitimate business interests.

DATA RETENTION

Basically, we retain your personal information for as long as needed on the grounds of processing purposes (as long as applicable affiliate network agreement is in force). 

Terms may also differ for particular categories of personal information. We also reserve the right to store various types of information (without any time limit) to use for analyzing our products performance, improving its functions, protecting the interests of Travelpayouts.

 Meanwhile, we give you the opportunity to control and influence the time we store and process your data, as specified Travelpayouts privacy policy and set by applicable legislation.

The right to be informed. In this policy, we provide you with detailed information related to your personal data processing. 

The right to access information held about you. i.e., you may always get information about your data that we process.

The right to erasure (deletion or removal) of your personal data. The right to restrict (block) processing. When processing is restricted, we will continue to store your personal data, but not process it any further.
