Pending and Canceled bookings

You can find the booking status in the Bookings report as well as in the program’s statistics. There are three possible options:

  • Pending
  • Confirmed
  • Canceled

Most bookings first show up in your statistics in Pending status. It is then changed to Confirmed once the earnings appear on your account balance. 

How long can a booking be in Pending status?

To find out how long your booking will be in Pending status, check out the information in the Confirmation Process section in the program’s description, for example: 

If the period specified in the description has passed, and other conditions have been met, but the booking is still Pending, contact us, and we'll sort it out. 

Why is the status Canceled?

The Canceled status can be set if the booking/service has not been used or canceled by the purchaser. If you believe the status is incorrect, send us the confirmation documents for that booking, and we will contact the brand to double-check the status.
