Why haven’t I received my payout?

Travelpayouts sends payouts automatically. You do not need to request a payout manually.

If you have not received your payout, first check the reasons below. If none of them cover your situation, you can contact support.

1. Your payout is sent, but the money has not arrived yet

If you see a green tickmark at the top of your account page, it means Travelpayouts has already sent the money to your selected payout method.

Please wait 5 days before contacting the support, as the payout may still take several working days to arrive. The exact time depends on your payout method, weekends, holidays, and the processing time of your bank, wallet, or payment system.

The exact date when we sent you payout will appear in the Payouts history report.

Also check your bank, wallet, or payment app. Some payment systems may require you to accept or receive the payout manually.

2. Your payout was declined, returned, or could not be sent

If your payout was Declined, returned, or could not be sent, the money was not successfully delivered to your selected payout method.

This may happen because of:

  • incorrect or incomplete payout details
  • limits or restrictions on your bank account, wallet, or payment system
  • an unavailable or outdated payout method
  • an error on the bank or payment system side

In this case we will contact you directly.

3. Your payout details are incorrect, outdated, or not confirmed

A payout may fail if your payout details are incorrect, outdated, or not confirmed.

Check that:

  • your payout method is active and available
  • your payout method is selected as the main method
  • all required fields are filled in correctly
  • your bank account, wallet, or payment system can receive payouts
  • there are no limits or restrictions on your payment account
  • your payout method has been confirmed, if confirmation is required

In this case we will contact you directly.

4. You use PayPal

If you use PayPal, check that:

  • the email address in your payout details matches your PayPal account email;
  • your PayPal account can receive payments;
  • there are no limits or restrictions on your PayPal account;
  • PayPal is available for receiving this type of payment in your country.

5. The payout period has not ended yet

Payouts are sent from the 11th to the 20th day of the following month.

For example, earnings accumulated in August are paid between September 11 and 20, if all payout conditions are met.

If today is before the 20th day of the month, please wait until the payout period is over. It is also advised to wait additional 5 days to make sure the transaction is completed.

6. You did not reach the minimum payout amount

A payout is created only if your balance reached the minimum payout amount by the end of the previous month. The minimum payout amount depends on your selected payout method.

Your current balance may include earnings from the current month. These earnings are not included in the current payout cycle.

If the minimum payout amount was not reached, your earnings stay on your balance and will be included in a future payout after the minimum amount is reached.

7. Some earnings are still pending

Pending or potential earnings are not included in payouts yet.

Earnings are added to your balance only after the booking status changes to Confirmed. Until then, the amount may be shown as Potential Earnings in reports, but it is not available for payout.

8. You updated your payout details too late

To receive a payout in the current payout cycle, your payout details must be ready before the payout process starts.

If you added or changed your payout details after 11th of the current month - the payout process had already started, your payout may be moved to the next payout cycle.

9. Your payouts are temporarily blocked

In some cases, payouts may be temporarily blocked because Travelpayouts needs to verify your traffic sources.

Check the email linked to your Travelpayouts account. Also check your Spam or Promotions folder for emails from Travelpayouts.

If you received an email asking for information about your traffic sources, reply to it. Your payouts can be reviewed after we receive the required information.

When to contact support

Contact support if:

  • today is after the 20th day of the month, but your payout status has not been sent
  • your payout is sent, you checked the date we've sent it in the Payouts history report, but the money has not arrived after 5 days
  • your payout details are correct, but the payout was not created;
  • you replied to a traffic source verification request, but your payouts are still blocked;
  • you checked all reasons above and still do not understand what happened.

When contacting support, include:

  • your payout method;
  • the payout month;
  • your current payout status;
  • any error message from your bank, wallet, or payment system, if available.
