In order to subscribe the affiliate network campaign, log in to the personal account of the affiliate programme. Choose the "Offers" section in the main menu.
The list of campaigns will open with a short description. You can filter this list by type of offer or supported language.
In order to subscribe the campaign and get access to promo materials, click the "Details" button. In the opened window, check the box "I agree with the terms of the agreement" and click the "Subscribe to the offer" button.
After that, sections with promo materials and statistics will be available.
Each campaign contains various promo materials:
To use promo material:
- enter the section with corresponding name;
- copy the code from the "Insert Code" block;
- place it on the page of your website.
Your affiliate marker is already listed in the insert code and you do not need to edit it.
Do not change the code for its correct operation. An exception is the use of links, as a promo material. There you can change the text of the link. The link text in the example below – "Tour of Helsinki", in the code is placed before the tag </a>.
To get a link for placement in social networks or sending by e-mail, you need to delete a part of the code and remain the following:
As a result, you will receive a link of the following type:
where XXXXX – is your affiliate marker.
Go to the section of the affiliate personal cabinet "Promo material" - "Custom link". Copy any link from the campaign website and paste it into the "Target page URL" field. The generated link will be displayed in the rightward block:
For what period of time is the customer assigned to the affiliate?
When working with campaigns, the same rules apply as for searching for tickets and hotels. The user is assigned to the affiliate for 30 days after clicking the link with the affiliate marker.
The exception is the VisaToHome campaign, it has a period of 60 days.
In this case, it should be taken into account that if a user was assigned to one affiliate and followed a link of another, then he will be assigned to a second one.
The statistics for each campaign are placed in the tab Statistics.
The statistics are displayed in the form of a diagram and a table that is hidden/displayed by clicking on the "Table" button.
Table contains the following data:
- Shows – the number of views of promotional campaigns (banners, forms);
- Clicks – the number of clicks on affiliate links (when using the link generator and links from personal cabinet) and banners. However, clicks on widgets are not counted in this column;
- Leads – the number of visits to the campaign website;
- Engages – actions on the campaign website (searches, following to pages from search results);
- Processing – the number of completed orders;
- Canceled – the number of canceled orders;
- Paid – the number of paid orders;
- Profit – the income received.
Note! "Leads" and "Engages" are auxiliary and optional values, not all offers can collect them. That is, some offers in these columns will have zeros, even if there were leads and engages. Also, not for all widgets, we can track the "Clicks" and therefore we collect only "Shows". Nonetheless, all orders are taken into account correctly.
To view summary statistics for all campaigns, select "Campaigns" - "Dashboard" section in the main menu.
Income from campaigns is credited to your account in the affiliate program and is paid along with the basic payment according to the schedule.
To stop working with the campaign, follow to its page and click the "Unsubscribe" link.
